I managed to get my photos and they were provided in minutes which is good but I just wanted to raise a couple of issues. Firstly, I had to pay for 6 photos per person as this is the minimum number they provide. I only need 1 photo for my kids' passports and I dont need an additional 5 photos as they don't have any other forms of I.D. Normally the minimum number of photos is 4. Therefore there is a lack of flexibility and it's just an excuse to charge more in my mind. The second issue was the smell inside the shop. It wasn't pleasant and I couldn't wait to leave.

You can place your orders by using simple drop down menu boxes with all your options inside them. These then give you a live pricing system so you know exactly what you are spending. There are no hidden charges, just carriage to add on top, which in itself is still a reasonable price to pay. There should be more companies out there with their high standards.

I found the online designing software easy and quick to use, and so simple to upload my images to the site and change the fonts and colours on my cards, with the option of as many text and image fields as I wanted, placed wherever I wanted them. The offer is only available for one sided business cards, the other side has the easyprint logo on it - I would have preferred double sided cards - and the edges of some of my cards are a bit random, I suppose where they have been printed in grid formation on a big sheet of card and then cut up by machines; so they are not perfect, but they are completely free! They arrived on time, in good packaging and so in perfect condition, and I received emails when they'd been dispatched and were on their way. I have already shown the cards to lots of my friends at uni - fellow art students - and recommended the website to them, as I do to you. Here is my point of view: I go there to process films from non digital camera and I was disappointed 100% of the time by the service. Last minute additional fee because they considered they worked fast, random extra charge for cross processing happens sometimes, poor quality of scans with extra high compression...I've obviously never been hassled and the job was always done eventually but I always got that bitter feeling that it wasn't an easy experience. The only enjoyable feature to me is the 30 minutes processing while you do groceries or something, but you have to pay for it ! I probably used their services about 10 times because the proximity was convenient but I wish there was another shop available. Unfortunately only large business chains seem to hold on in London and this industry is not especially growing. The prospect of a local competitor opening is unlikely.
