Other restaurants in the area have tried to make a run with the buffet but none have succeeded like Queens has. They run there buffet 7 days a week and everyday is different to a point. Everyday the two items that are always available are the chicken fried steak and the enchiladas. I know on Thursdays they offer pork chops on Friday they offer fried catfish and on Sunday they offer the whole turkey dinner. I must say that it is pretty good considering some days they have a stampede with all the surrounding oil field companies. On the weekends they also offer breakfast buffet but all in all if you want buffet this is the place.

The egg drop soup is a must try, and most of the Chinese food as well including the stuffed mushrooms and chicken and broccoli. The sushi left for some room to be desired. The desserts are also top notch with something for everyone, and ice cream that you can scoop yourself. Would definitely recommend, BUT perhaps be wary of when you come since I believe it does cost more for dinner.

The carne guisada didn't really make me want seconds either. We had an attendant who was pregnant (didn't catch her name) and she was great. Never let our drinks bottom out and didn't let empty plates (there were only a couple) stay on the table long. There were some rude people in our area and she dealt with them pleasantly. There's no secret why Butter Churn has been around so long. It's really good home-style comfort food at a very reasonable price. Just ask to not be set next to the buffet section. People can really pile up plates there and it's sad to witness.

The place had a different variety of food they included in their buffet from Burgers, pizza, fish, BBQ, and dessert. You can grab as much food as you like as long as you eat it. Some of the food was good like the pork belly sandwich they served and some of the cakes were good too. Other food I felt could have been heated more or maybe been sitting there longer than it should have like the onion rings (not very crunchy) and some of the chicken could have been better. Overall it was decent experience and had a free meal.

I chose the medium size meal which consisted of two entrees and rice. Butter Chicken - 8/10, I really liked this. Smooth and flavorful, and tender pieces of chicken.
