I've been to birthdaY parties and stay and play sessions here. As the last reviewer said, it's primarily a functional building, hosting community events. The building is just a typical council run community centre but is nicer than some I've been to over the years.
It's clean, generally in a good state of repair (which is important if you have very little ones roaming around) and has an appealing entrance area.
I would say that if you're thinking of taking your child to the stay and play bear in mind that the space it's held in is relatively small and if you have a particularly boisterous toddler it can seem oppressively small. The activities are inevitably quite close together and there isn't much room for tearing around.
I miss the stay and play at All Saints, but there you go. read more
