From the very beginning, Steele was incredibly knowledgeable about the flooring industry. He took the time to show us a wide variety of tile options and explained the different sizes available. We ultimately decided on three tile sizes to be installed in an intricate pattern, and Steele made sure everything went smoothly--he stopped by every day to check progress and answer any questions we had. The installation team was equally impressive. They worked efficiently, cleaned up at the end of each day, and executed the pattern perfectly. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. We have absolutely no hesitation recommending Casey Carpet for any flooring needs--they truly deliver quality and professionalism from start to finish.

Prior to beginning the work, inspections were made for crack repairs which included the roof parapet. At that time we asked Erick to do a roof inspection because being the original 23 year old roof we had concerns about its condition. Erick told us we had serious issues with softness and rotting. Erick said that he has a team of roofers to do the roofing job which was a complete tear down and full replacement. We were DELIGTHED to learn this and hired Erick to do the work already knowing how competent this company is. Choosing Precision Painting was one of the best decisions we have ever made for our home. Everything was seamless. This company is committed to excellence in EVERY way. Thank you Erick and big thanks to your terrific team also!

Everything came back looking fantastic and was folded to perfection. The entire process was incredibly convenient. I didn't have to be home for either the pickup or delivery, and the clean linens were returned neatly packed in vacuum-sealed bags. The convenience factor alone was well worth the money. They even managed to completely remove a stubborn stain from one of the towels that had been heavily tinted pink, which was awesome! The quality and attention to detail were excellent. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone, especially those with busy schedules who could use the extra convenience!

Fake reviews, caused extensive damages, refusal to honor refund agreement…read more I hired this company based off of their Google reviews, which, after the job was done, I found were falsified by members of their family. There is absolutely no way this is a 5 star company and they have 0 reviews here on Yelp. This is an amateur operation that does no prep work, will leave your house in worse condition than you started with, and will not honor agreement to compensation. We originally signed a refund agreement in exchange for not leaving bad reviews, but as Andrew Arzabal reneged on that offer and instead chose to push this into a months-long insurance settlement, this review is now going live. There is paint everywhere. Appliances, stained into wood, splattered on every window, splotches on cabinets they were not meant to paint, paint in the wiring, hardware painted over. They did absolutely 0 prep work and ruined new light fixtures that cost $90 each. There is paint in the grout which now needs to be replaced by a tiler. Because of the horrific quality of service, I released Andrew from his responsibility in finishing the job by adding trim after a separate flooring job was done, so not only are they not compensating me for damages, they are also in breach of their original contract for labor that has already been paid for. I am now starting the process of taking their company to small claims court while the insurance company deliberates on their investigation. They've also been reported to the FTC and BBB.

There was little more than a wash, almost no pigment, and it could not be cleaned; bare wood began to appear less than three years after the house was built. Most paint jobs require a lot of preparation, including masking, disassembling cabinet doors to remove old paint in preparation for new paint, hanging barriers to prevent overspray, and so on. Saratoga spent three of the five days they were in my place just doing prep work. The crew returned with a water-resistance coat of paint for all my cabinets, reinstalled all the doors, and cleaned up behind themselves. It was a pleasure to work with Andy and the Saratoga team.
