She made it clear she did not want to serve me and did not return to our table until another staff member was flagged down. At no point did I feel welcomed or treated professionally. I was there with friends for a birthday celebration, and despite that, I felt uncomfortable enough that I had to leave early for my own peace of mind. No guest should feel singled out or intimidated while dining. I'm sharing this because the food itself was solid, but the service issue was serious enough that I hope management addresses it so no one else has a similar experience. We host some of the best Amateur Pool Players Association teams in the area, are a Beaumont Best of Billiards venue, and are always looking for new shooters.
