I used to be a frequent visitor to this internet cafe - PC and printing prices were reasonable and (unlike some netcafes) they didn't impose any stupid rules to stop you from sensibly managing your personal security.
BUT - today they refused to serve me because I had too much luggage!!
Obviously they're unaware of the fact that the people most in need of internet cafes are travellers and/or homeless. But that is beside the point.
Basic Morality Lesson - the point of a business is to serve allcomers. There is no such thing as "private business" - because nobody trades with themself, their actions have consequences which they are answerable for. So, no kind of discrimination (aka "use of discretion") amongst "potential" customers is acceptable - nor is the imposition of any terms and conditions. Why? Because all businesses are morally decrepit before they even open their doors (their crime: pretending to own both property and, worse, "concepts of service").
