The multi-level climbing structures, winding slides, and dedicated ball pits provide hours of active entertainment. Parents particularly appreciate the separate toddler area, which ensures a safe, manageable space for smaller children away from the older kids' more boisterous play. While the facility is clean and well-lit, it can get quite loud and busy during weekend birthday parties. However, the inclusive pricing and ample seating make it a practical, high-value choice for a rainy-day outing or a celebratory group event. (104 words)

This is truly one she goes out of her way to ask if we could go to. We were thinking of getting a monthly pass but one staff told us thats not how they do things even things. I am assuming it has to do with per play price. Good for ages 2 to an area for those over 10. We are really to find a completely peanut free plans too!

It is one huge room with 4 levels of play where they can climb to different levels, like in a jungle. Socks must be worn in the play areas. They cater to children of all ages. There are multiple slides, tunnels, a ball pit, obstacle courses, and a trampoline. At the back there is a soccer area. There are 4 small party rooms for food and cakes. They provide pizza for your parties. There is a snack area and large seating area with a TV (usually showing an aquarium scene). Entry prices range from $8 to $15 depending on age. There are 2 free adult entries per paying child. They have free WiFi. The washroom have little slippers for the children to wear (since they are in socks) but the adults don't have slippers.

Very poor experience with Jungle Land customer service, speaking to a few different people…read more Specially the last call with the owner, they do not care about losing business and very unpathetic. I asked them for an exception, and I know it is an exception, I would have been more understanding if they were being reasonable, more logical, empathetic, and not rude. But, bad customer service sours the full scenario whether it was a yes or no. I told them you are losing business and their response was "actually we are not", clearly they do not care about my business - their policy is inconvenient and I am going to Playtopia next, amazing customer service and cheaper actually. I hope you keep getting business but better your customer service!

I think this play place is made for older kids. Other than that there's lots of parking and the employees there are nice! It's usually pretty quiet in here! Great for parents with older kids! There's tables where they're able to have their alone time as well to sip on a coffee or read a book! May try to come back when this kiddo is older!

I took my kids ages 7&9 to Amazing Fun…read morePark on a Saturday and was pleasantly surprise that the place was even more Amazing in person (compared to their photos). The forest-like entry leading to the check in desk was super cute, check in process was quick (you'll need to sign a waiver for the kids) and after a wristband (to see which patrons' 2-hour play was up), you can remove your shoes, put them in the cubby hole and hang up your jackets (this was a plus since everyone has a bulky jacket during the winter months). There is a stage for kids to sing karaoke and record 360-degree dance videos. You can also check their schedules online as there are bands, princesses, face painting, magic show and the like. There are lots of picnic tables for parents to sit and for birthday parties. There are cute trees and 3D art scattered throughout so it feels like you're in a magical forest. My kids gravitated to the rides - you can ride a dinosaur or drive a 2-person LED-lit car. The vehicles move super slow so even toddlers. An manage them. You basically drive in a circle around this lit up floral/grass area. Right outside this space was the VR experience. Not only do you put on the VR glasses, but the entire 'car' moves (very gently). The first game I played was to shoot the red bugs - you look at the bug, then press the button on your seat to shoot them. I did ask if the VR experience can be ramped up if there are no kids aboard - and they do! We did a walk through of a creepy psychiatric hospital. There is also a huge ball pit area. There was a jungle gym within the ball pit and all along the walls were interactive play tubes. My kids also like the tabletop games, it's a huge touch screen running Android apps. There was also an interactive glowing tile floor. This was difficult to play cuz everyone was running in it at the same time and not really following the rules. Overall, my family had an amazing time. It would be nice if the interactive vehicles went a bit faster and maybe have a cafe of some sort to buy coffee.
