He gave me proper aftercare instructions (dry time, frequency of cleaning, etc.) and was on his way in an hour. I had him do a six seater sectional and two area rugs. The cream colored sectional was starting to smell sweaty and had a coffee stain and he was able to get all of that out. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

The owner is VERY unprofessional, he went from nice as can be one minute even singing to me at my kitchen table to mean and sending nasty texts to me and then taking about haircuts and cats!!!! Hes all over the place honestly. I was also told that flat paint is the bwst to go with because it cleans the easiest, and that is far from the truth. He also used old paint cans because the were completely rusted on top but he charged me to buy new paint!!!! He left the house a mess, drip spots, unfinished paint, and the laundry room was and looks just thrown on. He talked a big game and I believed him but after seeing the work done he is far from being the best on the northshore as he claims he is. Do yourselves a favor and find someone stable and that will not charge you for unknown things and that will leave your home tidy and painted beautifully.

Gulf Coast Contractors is a company of integrity and they are very efficient and knowledgeable. My…read morehouse flooded in the summer of 2022, and I'd never made an insurance claim before or dealt with any kind of property damage. After speaking with Tim and Michael at our first meeting, I instantly felt relieved like everything was going to be okay. They walked me step-by-step through the process of what was to come. Luckily, they are also a one stop shop. They handle water mitigation and contractor work, so I didn't have to worry about a thing. They worked directly with the insurance company and utilize the same system as well. Gulf Coast Contractors do excellent work and exceeded my expectations by repairing other things in my home for me along the way that needed work. I didn't even ask, they just saw things and offered to fix them for me since they were already doing work in the house. Most importantly, they wanted to help and make things easier for me and all the while did not receive a dime of payment for months. Nonetheless, this did not stop the way they treated me or performed their scope of work. They even found ways to fit things into the budget that were not really there to ensure I got the items I wanted and the look I desired. Just hire Gulf Coast Contractors, you won't be disappointed. My favorites were DJ and Michael France. Great people!
