When Ryan Felix founded Kingdom Builders Co., the vision was clear: build something that lasts. Not only in the physical structures we create for Topeka families, but in the relationships we forge along the way.
We are a family-owned contracting company based right here in Topeka, Kansas. Ryan and his team live in this community, raise their families here, and stake their reputation on every single project they complete.
From custom decks and fences to complete bathroom and kitchen remodels, Kingdom Builders Co. handles every aspect of your home improvement project with hands-on craftsmanship and transparent communication.
Meet the Business Owner: Ryan F.
Ryan Felix founded KBC on a simple conviction: contracting in Topeka could be better. Better communication. Better craftsmanship. Better integrity. Too many homeowners had been burned by contractors who overpromised, disappeared mid-project, or never returned a call. Ryan set out to do things differently.
Ryan is a Topeka resident, family man, and craftsman who believes the work your hands produce reflects your character. He is personally involved in every project—from the initial estimate through the final walkthrough. No sales team. No unfamiliar subcontractors.
Ryan brings years of hands-on experience in framing, carpentry, concrete, fencing, decks, and remodeling—plus a background in law enforcement. That combination means he identifies problems before they become expensive ones.
Kingdom Builders has completed projects across Topeka and Shawnee County—custom decks, privacy fences, bathroom remodels, and outdoor living spaces. Local experience. Real craftsmanship. Every time.
