It was ready for pick up June 4th, I picked it up mid June (I believe the week of the 18th) June 26th- chain breaks again, as I'm reaching up to grab something off a shelf in the grocery store. I asked them if they would consider switching it out for a standard, basic necklace link like a cable chain. The text response I received was "sure, just come by". Upon visiting again, I'm told there's no way for them to rectify it besides buying a more expensive chain from them or by paying to get it fixed again. I paid the $45 for it to be fixed, and picked it up again 3 days ago. Today I notice imperfections in the chain. Shitty repair, and obviously going to break again. The fact the person repairing it left it like this is crazy to me They clearly don't care because I'm not making a large purchase by any means, but the lack of quality on such a simple chain makes me question their quality overall. Not to mention essentially lying to me in writing that they'd swap it out and then saying it's out of the question when they have me back at their location. Wouldn't recommend to anyone !
