Today I had the pleasure of meeting Nevin and GK while browsing through the shops. Although I wasn't looking for anything in particular, opals always catch my eye since they're my birthstone. Both gentlemen were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help me search through their inventory. I found a beautiful bracelet that I absolutely loved, and the price was very reasonable. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish, making the entire shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for quality jewelry and outstanding customer service. Thank you, Nevin and GK! read more

I purchased a tanzanite ring for about $400 in Alaska while on a cruise. This was a major purchase for me . The stone fell out and was lost a few weeks after the purchase (6-12-26). I have left messages twice and have not gotten any response. I feel like I was totalay scammed and don't believe the ring was worth anything near $400. I recommend you stay away from Miners Gem jewelay store read more

I bought my birthstone Alexandrite and my Bestie bought beautiful diamond earrings. Nile's and Nevin were amazing!

I had a wonderful time shopping with Sue, Tapi, and Sandy! They were very patient and knowledgeable about their beautiful gold pieces in the Palazzo, Las Vegas location. I purchased 2 gorgeous bangles, a matching one-of-a-kind bangle, and a matching ring!!! I discovered Miner's Gems in Juneau, Alaska, where I purchased a Turkish link necklace...simply stunning. I live in my gold pieces (never take off), and Miner's Gems pieces maintain their durability, shine, and solid construction for daily wear. I will shop with them again!!!! See you soon! read more

Miner’s Gems - Employees Sue, Tapi, & Sandy. I'm the one with the biggest smile and holding my bag of goodies!!! Great day - Jewelry Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Our first experience with Miner's Gems was a few years ago when my wife and I enjoyed an Alaska cruise and stopped into their store in Skagway. The staff was amazing and they were so easy to work with. No pressure from anyone, just a great selection and very kind and friendly people. We made three purchases, one was a special ring in a cut my wife had searched for a long time, and so we walked out with the most amazing wedding ring set. A year or so later my wife accidentally lost the stone in her engagement ring while working in the yard. We searched for hours and then days, and we were devastated. We reached out and contacted Miner's Gems to see about getting a replacement stone and the customer service and staff were some of the best we've ever known helping us all the way and going out of their own way to replace the stone. I cannot say enough about this team from Alaska to Las Vegas. If you ever have the chance to work with Miner's Gems at any of their locations, you'll be glad you did! read more

If I could leave a zero I would. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and spent over $100,000 between me and my children. I went in there to buy jewelry and also was going to bring my son to buy an engagement ring. They tried to scam me for almost $20,000 above the value. I bought the same earrings in town and bracelet that they tried to scam me with. I also reach out to the store in Alaska to get the value. They tried to charge $14,000 for a ring and brought it down to 8500 and it's not worth 2000. Run run run run from this bunch of liars. read more

My husband and I had only stopped in to the Las Vegas shop while on an anniversary trip with my husband and didn't expect to buy anything, but they had a ring style I had been looking for. I had previously done some research on how much the right ring should cost and their cost came in right on point. The even gave us some great financing and got my original band brightened up as well! It was a pleasure and I'm so happy with my new ring! read more

We had the most amazing customer service from both Nevin and Sasha at the Las Vegas location. From the time we walked thru the door to finalizing our purchases. We purchased a gold band for my husband and a beautiful bracelet to match a previously purchased ring. Both were so kind and listened to our particular likes and needs. We have bought from Miner's Gems before and so pleased with both the quality and pricing of their jewelry. Nevin and Sasha did not disappoint and will definitely be back. read more

I'm giving them a four because I haven't actually purchased anything from here. My interactions were with Kim. A few days ago I was walking around looking for Donutique the new donut shop that recently opened in the Venetian. She was so helpful giving me detailed instructions on how to get there. She was the sixth person I asked. I was so grateful that I went back today and brought her a donut and some chocolates. read more

I purchased a pair of bamboo earrings on 5/25/24 while in Vegas for my birthday. The original price of the earrings was nearly $3,000. They came down in the price, which should have been a red flag. I bought the earrings for $769.46. I was told an appraisal letter would be emailed to me and mailed to me. I have not received the appraisal letter. I took the earrings to be appraised and they are only valued at $150!!!! I am going to blast this on every social media platform that I can. DO NOT SHOP HERE WHEN IN VEGAS! They are liars. If you have purchased from them I strongly suggest getting your purchase appraised read more

Updated review, Miner's Gem sent another ring (better quality) in the original rings place to rectify the issue. My apologies for not updating sooner, but I believe this gesture provided high customer satisfaction. read more

Had the experience of working with both a salesman as well as the owner of Miners Gems. They took the time to let us browse without pressure, try on various rings and didn't mind when we said 'we're going to think it over.' The service and quality cannot be matched. The ring was resized and arrived at our door (across state lines) two days later. I continually get compliments when wearing this piece. Thank you for providing a quality product with customer service to match. read more

*** SCAM ALERT *** SCAM ALERT *** SCAM ALERT *** SCAM ALERT *** I purchased two rings from Miners Gems. I was GUARANTEED by Jay - who appeared to be the owner that the Apprasial for the rings would be a MINIMUM OF DOUBLE the amount that I paid. Jay made it seem like I was getting the deal of a lifetime - what I was getting was SCAMMED ! 3 weeks later the apprasial documents arrived - and to my shock they were far less than the GUARANEED double. I contacted Miners Gems/Spectrum jewellery and was asked to email all documents to them - which I did. Jay called me using whatsap and everytime I answered he hung up, when I called back - he did not pick up. Sometimes he would message me and say he would get back to me - and of course did not. Jay, then messaged me that the owner was flying in and would contact me - yes, you are right that too never happened. I asked via message the owners name and nothing. I then went and got an independant apprasial for one of the rings and it was far LOWER than the apprasial documents that Miners Gems/Spectrum Jewllery provided. I then, emailed Miners Gems again and got no reponse. I have attempted, Email, whatsap messanger, linkedin and I have just been GHOSTED. Please do not support this business and tell others - this is the only way that these sorts of people can be stopped from taking advantage and out right lying to people in order to make a sale. They have locations in Alaska and Las Vegas - WARN OTHERS I am grateful that VISA has stepped in and are doing an investigation into these people. read more

Such good service at Miners. Cleaned my father's bracelet and adjusted it no charge. Very friendly

We were here in Las Vegas October of 2022. We were celebrating our 45th anniversary. My husband wanted to buy me an anniversary ring. Miner's gems said their rings were all custom made. The ring we picked is beautiful, but please know your prices. We saw the exact same ring at Macy's for $2,000 less. I emailed Miners Gems about the price disparity. I ended up calling them after no response. They basically said they couldn't sell as low as Macy's or they would loose money. Know your prices!! My gut feeling was to wait and shop around. I wish I had. I got caught up in the moment. Lesson learned. read more

Victor was very helpful in explaining the differences in white, rose and yellow gold. I fell in love with a ring, but wanted to look around. I spent an entire day looking for a similar ring. A friend and I wandered in, seeking to just look (um, we were losing at slots). I was looking for ideas for bands as I was going to redo two into one. Instead, they found for me two perfect bands to complement my wedding ring. There was no hard sell, they were just lovely (and they serve wine or rum from their Caribbean stores with Coke!) I got a really great deal when they lowered their price for me, unasked. The also send you GIA certified papers for the replacement value of your jewelry. My friend ended up by two pairs of earrings and also got a great deal. Prices are negotiable and reasonable to start. I will definitely go here again when I'm in Vegas! read more

My sisters and I truly enjoyed our visit to Miner's Gems!! This place is FANTASTIC with absolutely STUNNING jewelry for everyone's budget and taste! The staff was friendly, professional, courteous, and kind. They really worked to find us just what we wanted and what we could afford. I got an exquisite set of diamond hoops, my little sister got an absolutely elegant set of morganite earrings, and my middle sis bought herself a perfectly magnificent diamond snake ring w green emerald eyes (so sparkly & totally her). All our pieces are GIA certified & came w an appraisal certificate. We left so happy! I HIGHLY recommend this place. Stop by if you get a chance, even if you're just looking. You will not regret it. Just came from Miner's Gems located in the shoppes at the Palazzo.- very impressed with their selection of gems & knowledge of the staff. They deal in a multitude of different stones set in beautiful pieces- some of which were Tanzanite, Ammolite, gold in quartz, Morganite and MANY other exotic stones. Good selection of yellow & cognac diamonds- some beautiful mined emeralds and rubies. Really the list goes on & on- if you're looking for some stunning pieces you can't go wrong to check this place out- & once again the staff were absolutely great! read more

We bought this ring while cruising to Alaska on 2018 at Spectrum/Miners gems Ketchikan cruise price 1677.00 within the first 5 years the setting has broken, (covered warranty no charge) Loss diamond another broken setting Paid 50.00 picked up in Las Vegas Manager there had no idea what I was picking up and tried to get another 50.00 for repair. We shipped backed in its box but received a the ring in blue envelope was not happy with experience so I left a yelp review. fast forward to 2023 guess what setting broke again. Emailed for repair waited for two weeks no reply. I received a call from the owner Meeta explaining that nobody wanted to reply to my requests because of the emails sent to them and she didn't like the yelp review. I explained to her never have we encountered such bad customer service during conversation she began yelling at me to take down the review I told her I wouldn't ( I guess yelp reviews are more important to her than a customer satisfaction).Last week we were interested in resizing the ring during inspection we found 2 more missing diamonds. We took to jeweler for inspection was told setting were loose that's why the diamonds are coming out they refused to fix and resize due to the design of ring. I emailed Miners gems about needing repair after a week of no replies I finally received a email stating they would only repair the ring if I was ok with their demands(see email in photos)  remove yelp review and prepay before repairs would start and now the fee went from 50.00 to 100.00 Buyers beware if you purchase anything from them because when it comes to repairs and so called warranties along with bad customer service you'll end up with a paper weight and small claims to settle. Meeta/Madria keep a look out for a process server. I decided to pay the courts the fee and let the judge decide!! To be delivered to you in Las Vegas also I will be contacting the cruise line about this too read more
