I found the closest shop to where I was staying, and as always checked their Yelp reviews. Fifteen minutes away is more like 30 minutes with Brooklyn traffic. Well worth the trek! I called first and spoke with Jeff to make sure they had what I needed. He wasn't sure, but I asked about alternatives, and he confirmed they carried coils and tanks. Fine. If they don't have my coils, I'll just buy a new tank. Well, they had my coils, and at a very reasonable price. I started to talk to Vinny and had a nice conversation about a few things we have in common. The guys were so cool that I didn't want to leave with just a box of coils. I asked Vinny to sell me something else--just because... He showed me a pod system and I bought that and an extra box of coils for it. I will be back and plan to buy all my vape supplies from this great store in the future. No need to buy online anymore. Cool store. Cool people. Go check it out. You'll become a loyal customer. And he did this while helping me and so it became both difficult and frustrating to tell if he was talking to me or the person on the phone. I bought this pipe/glass cleaner and when I read the entire label at home, to actually do the cleaning of the glass pipes required a two step process which involved to different products though from the same manufacturer. He never said a thing about needing a second bottle, or the second product to completely do the cleaning job. And though I tried to carefully explain to him what I was looking for in a lighter, what I purchased was not along the lines as I requested. I probably won't go here again, though they do have a very large selection of merchandise.
