Not sure about spelling... my barber was Alazod. Great service, professional. They take cash only or Zelle... I didn't have either so I had to use the sketchy ATM inside. I wish I would have known that sooner. So only 3 stars for that. Using random ATM's doesn't feel safe, especially when you feel compelled to do so. Pro tip, bring cash. $50 men's cuts here btw. If I come back and the service is still good then I'll update to 5 stars but they really should share that over the phone. There was nothing stated about being cash only establishment. read more

INDEPENDENT OPERATORS rent a chair at this salon so it would be difficult to give a balanced review. When I first came in I was assigned a fellow who spoke no english. I started telling him how I wanted my hair done. He seemed to act like he understood and I didn't realize until a fellow came over and offered to translate. He started to cut my hair as slowly as a sloth . I was also really upset the way my hair was turning out and I just exploded and called out "can somebody cut my hair that speaks English?" Luckily another fellow stepped up and said he would cut my hair. His name was David and he did a good job. I doubt I will go back since there is no standard of quality here. It's a play to play barber shop. In the end though I was pleased with my cut so it's really catchers catch can here. I suppose I would go back if I could be sure David would be there. Perla downstairs does a phenomenal job on my fade! I'm new to town and ease my mind and my hairline

My husband was waiting about 30 minutes for a haircut. When the next available barber came out to get the next client they ignored my husband and had someone who came in after him to go back. When the client said that my husband had been waiting longer the barber just said to go on back. I don't want to make this about race but when my black husband was ignored and the white guy was served first it makes you question things. Horrible experience! read more

I honestly am exhausted of overpriced barbers not being able to do a simple fade & trim. My boyfriend has had so many bad experiences - but we were in the mall so decided to try it. I literally showed pictures of what he wanted and showed specifically what not to do. Let's just say the fade was all right but he butchered the hair at the top - what was supposed to be slicked back. Not happy about it & wont be coming back. read more

Ask for some of the best barbers in there..... Eddie , Sam and Luis! Super chill vibe, great attention to detail. we showed them a picture and he nailed exactly what I wanted. Clean fade, sharp lines, and no rush--just quality work. If you need a fresh cut, those are your guys. My man gets a fresh fade every two weeks and is always happy with the results! A man walked in to ask how much a haircut was he was told 50$ but I was charged 60$ for a kids haircut which is insane reading other barbers prices while there 50$ for a regular haircut & 60$ for beard and haircut is the same price for a kids haircut is crazy. I don't like giving this review as it is hard to find a good barber to Give me a cut and do a great job of it for the simple reason that I am selfish and don't want to have to plan ahead anymore than I do. I have been going here for a couple years now and Geo is the guy to go to if you want a quality job. Geo takes his time and does a great job every time. I'm very picky with having my haircut and get it cut every two weeks. There's really only one other barber in there that I've had cut my hair who does a great job as well and that is Chico. I cannot speak for the rest of them. I've only had my haircut by one other guy There in a pinch when Geo or Chico or not available. I regret that and Geo fixed it this morning. On top of that Geo would not accept payment from me. If you do go there, I recommend either one of these two however, you do have to catch Chico when he's not working out anymore. I cannot speak For any of the other barbers other than the one that cut my hair on Monday 01-06-25 And I wouldn't go back to him. Going to a barber basically every two weeks for the past 10 years, I've learned to stay away from the back of the shop furthest from the door most of the time. This may not be true for every shop, but I found it true for the ones that I've visited in my many visits to barbers over the years. I do recommend making appointments ahead of time. It will help ensure that you will get what you are looking for and not have to use somebody else in a pinch. That was my fault. read more

Great place, Great service. I was welcomed in by Josh and he made me feel like family. He gave me a great cut, he has skills! He asked what kind of cut I wanted and I said I was not paticular and ask what he suggested and to carry on. Josh is a friendly very proffesional technician and a master of his craft. Terrible. Barely listened to my son, never let him see the mirror so he could tell her she was cutting it too short, then left it very uneven in the front. He's devastated and in tears. Horrible excuse for a barber/stylist. To top it off she didn't tell me cash only until she was done butchering my son's hair. Person cutting my hair did not seem to know what they were doing, very overpriced for a bad haircut. I asked for a simple trim and even showed them a picture, and the outcome was the complete opposite of what I wanted. I took my son to this place last week. I walked in and, someone name Jj told me, it's just going to be 15 mins wait. They told me to put my name and # down and that they will call me. We walked around for like 20 mins, went back to the place, that dumb ass was cutting someone's hair. He has the guts to tell me that he called and my voicemail was full. I was like that is some BS! I've always been a bit reluctant of mall barbershop, but a while back my old barber quit and there I was looking for a new barber. I'd probably give this place 4 stars, but I got really lucky and met two amazing barbers. I first met a ulises and he did a hell of a job with my hair! However, when I gave Esmeralda a try, she gave me a great haircut and just carried the best conversation. I always say the only two times I'm ever fully at peace is watching ppv fights, and getting a good haircut! I go to Esme for that 30 minute moment of peace, and a crispy fade! read more

Asked for a straight razor shave around the beard and neck , shaves above my beard with no shaving cream and then used the foil to get underneath my beard and then we finished? I had to ask again for the razor underneath to clean up the neck, does a half fast job. Then I had to ask for aftershave/alcohol and with the bottle just sprays my entire face getting alcohol in my eyes. Doesn't even apologize after I told him. Would not recommend going here. read more
