They showed up to our rental multiple times without notice--completely unannounced and without respect for our privacy. On top of that, they offer no convenient way to pay rent; cashier's checks only, which is outdated and inconvenient in 2025. Worse, they accused us of not paying rent when, in fact, their own secretary had the checks the entire time. Maybe check with your own staff before making serious accusations? The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. As someone who also rents out homes, I can confidently say that if BSR was managing one of my properties, I'd terminate the contract immediately. Save yourself the stress--this company does not operate with professionalism or integrity.
