Food is always delicious and fresh. We order delivery or pick up often. Spicy tuna avocado pizza is a must.

Hime's menu spans from Taiwanese, Japanese, to Chinese. Likely due to the owners being from Taiwan where all these foods form the melting pot of food and culture. While not a wide selection, we found the sashimi to be fresh and tasty. They have quite a few sushi rolls, but I'm not usually into those, so I didn't order them. Go for the Popcorn Chicken, a Taiwanese street food snack that Hime does well. Chicken was moist and soft, with a slightly crispy exterior with some good spices. If you want another special taste, ask if they have they have Taiwanese "mien hsien" noodle soup, it's not on the menu, but the chef does make it sometimes. Overall, a clean, and very nicely decorated place. BYOB - bring a bottle of Sake!

Love it. I ordered a general chicken lunch special and chicken wings with p fried rice. The special includes a choice of soup or egg roll. When I received it the egg roll was steaming hot and fresh. They also gave me a complementary California roll. The delivery driver was super nice. And the delivery was really fast

This is our go to Chinese restaurant. We've never been disappointed with a meal, and they serve the best wonton soup I've ever had.

Sushi was warm and fell apart when I was trying to eat it. After some time in the fridge it wasn't to bad.

Visited Sakura Japanese Steak, Seafood... while in Atlantic City for my daughter's birthday…read more I ordered the chicken and filet mignon hibachi combo. The food itself was cooked well, but the experience just didn't hit the way hibachi usually does. The chef was kind of flat, no real energy or entertainment, which honestly is half the fun when you go for hibachi. No swallowing sake, no catching veggies in our mouths... it just felt very toned down. My kids were also visibly unimpressed, which says a lot. Food wise, I was a little disappointed there were no noodles included, and I noticed the person next to me got a noticeably bigger portion of rice than I did. Not a huge deal since I'm cutting carbs anyway, but still something you notice. I did still pass him a $20 tip because the chef did cook everything properly, even if the vibe wasn't there. (Please be aware to tip your hibachi chef separately from the server!) My sister tried a few things too and said the avocado rolls were actually really fresh and stood out. She also got shrimp and filet mignon hibachi and felt it was decent overall, just underwhelming. She mentioned the dessert situation was odd too, which I agree, only plain cheesecake on display that didn't look too appealing. I'd would have liked some fried matcha icecream or something dang. Service was okay but there was a bit of a language barrier with the waitress which made communication a little tricky. The interior also felt pretty minimal and not very decorated, which added to the lack of atmosphere. Overall, it wasn't bad, just very average. I'm used to hibachi in NY and CT where the experience is way more lively and engaging. If I'm in the area again, I wouldn't go back.

The chef did a good job cooking, but the experience felt a little flat since he lacked personality. Hibachi is usually as much about the entertainment as it is the food, so that was a bit of a letdown. Also, there was only one dessert plain cheesecake & it didn't look appealing especially displayed sitting on a rotating tray. The waitress had a language barrier which was kind of hard to communicate & she was having a hard time understanding me. The interior lacked decor & felt pretty minimal. If you're looking for really good sushi and Japanese food, I recommend this place. I saw Japanese…read morecustomers dining there. It's a good sign that that they serve legit food. Enoki and egg soup is my favorite appetizer. Light broth with umami and perfect saltiness. My second favorite appetizer is agedashi tofu. So silky like pudding with light teriyaki broth. Beef roll up with scallions: beef is tender with some kind of sweet teriyaki sauce. It's pretty good. Eggplant filled with ground chicken. It looks appealing but unfortunately a bit too greasy. The sushi here is very special. The sushi rice is silky and moist. The fish piece is bigger than the rice. The eel is a must try here. It's very big compared to the rice underneath it. It very flavorful too. Mt entree is steamed salmon with seafood broth. I recommend squirting the lemon to the broth to make it taste like yuzu sauce as it lightens the whole dish and makes it less fishy.

PRO: I will say, if you want a place where you can sit and have a conversation, dark mood lighting (especially forgiving if the last time you saw each other alot was 20 years ago! - LOL), Sagami is an excellent choice. PRO: They don't rush you out - take your time. It was a Thursday night, so not especially busy when we came at 6:30 PM. CON: I could not find an updated menu online - I'm one of those people who like to peruse a menu in advance. I started with a vegetable tempura appetizer ($10) - excellent, light, airy, tasty. My main was the dragon roll - very tasty. Service was quite nice. Appetizers came out almost immediately, the rolls took a lot longer to get to our table. This is the kind of place where you're not paying to fill up your belly - but if you do, expect to shell out some bucks.
