Both of my kids look forward to going to the orthodontist which makes the treatment process so much easier. The staff is so pleasant and easy to work as a parent scheduling appointments, and helping calm any nerves for my kids through the treatment process. Definitely worth considering if you are in the market either for yourself, or children.

The office staff are stuck up and the doctor is the worst- the female doctor there shamed me for choosing not to use fluoride. Then denied my son treatment- they made up a lie about the anesthesiologist having a weight limit. I know it's a lie because my niece is older and weighs more and had the same procedure done at that office specifically. If you call with a problem about your experience, the office manager is rude, unprofessional, and she will hang up on you. At least she did me. I definitely do not recommend this place. Here are some things anyone considering his services should know: 1. Dr. Kampas and his staff are the nicest people you will ever meet. They are caring, professional, patient, and gentle. 2. Dr. Kampas does not oversell his services. We've never felt like he was recommending a service that wasn't in the long term best interest for our children's health. 3. The offices don't feel like a factory where they try to get you in and out as fast as possible in order to get to the next patient. 4. Dr. Kampas or one of his staff members calls you back promptly, even at odd hours. 5. Nobody there judges your kids. They understand that kids aren't perfect and offer encouragement and insight instead of scolding and criticism. 6. Most important - Dr. Kampas does excellent work! We could not be happier with the treatment plans and the end results.
