The average wait for nails is 2 hours. 3 hours passed by and I politely informed the owner that several people had gone ahead of me. He was absolutely RUDE and stated "If you don't like it go somewhere else! I do not recommend this place and I will never return. read more

I went in for a basic manicure and pedicure and for my manicure, the lady didn't have the nail polish I wanted. The nail polish was dried out and she continued to pick another nail polish without asking me if I liked that color. Then she also didn't ask me if I wanted my nails cut fully or just trimmed a little.. She didn't end up cutting my nails at all. Then when it came to my pedicure, she passed me to an older lady to do my pedicure and they all looked at me with a smile as if they were seeing if I was going to speak up or as if they were telling me something I should know. I let it slide without knowing what was about to happen. This older lady couldn't see as good I suppose because when she was "cutting " my cuticles from my toes, she wasn't cutting anything at all. In other words, it seemed like she didn't know what she was doing nor had any experience. She did my pedicure poorly but I didn't want to be rude and just ended up letting everything slide and I paid and left. Never again am I returning to this place. read more

extremely rude and unfriendly! I started going here because i recently moved to the area. I've been here about 5 times and every time someone is either mean or rude! they Have a sign that says they will not work on other shops work. Which is fair. However i went and a gentleman by the name of Brian was in such a horrible mood and was so mean and rude. I don't work on other peoples work. I responded well but i got them done here with the lady and he was like well yeah but that's not me! Then when he asked what i wanted as i was trying to explain to him he responds with i work the way i work i don't do work like other people!! It was such a horrible experience. He really made me feel bad. Such a shame because they do such good work but unfortunately the work ethic is not there. I was so upset but i didn't say anything back to him and i still tipped as bad as i didn't want to. read more

I just got a pedicure. And at no point was I asked what I wanted. I wasn't given a brochure. They told me it was up to ME to ask for what I wanted. The guy doing my pedicure charged me 39 dollars for 10 min pedicure. When I expressed what the concern was they just told me "oh well never come back here again." Don't worry sir I won't. Terrible terrible service. read more

Horrible service from the staff. Pedicure is a joke;10 minutes tops and they do whatever they want with you. Unclean and unfriendly. You ask questions and they say too bad, i voiced my concerns and was yelled to never go back. DONT PLAN TO after being a loyal customer for years. read more

I waited 3 hours to get my nails done because they do not go in order of the people who sign in. Another awful thing is that they use something similar to super glue for your nails. For 8+ weeks my nails did not come off or even want to budge. /: I had to wait till they grew off my nail read more

Only has 3 nail techs working. Didn't bother asking what kind of pedicure I wanted. To top it off it's one of the worst I've gotten Cuticles we're not cut down and nails were filed and shaped after cutting. read more

Seems like the lady was in a hurry. She left my nails all messed up and over charged me. Will not be going back!!

Bad customer service. Nail techs always ignore customers when they walk in asking a simple question Ex: how long is the wait? or How Much is for a set of certain nails with designs.. and always seem to be so uptight!!! They need to be thankful that us as customers give them money to keep the business going. Never again! Rude manager. Great nails but they don't deserve your hard earned money ladies. Over priced as well!! read more
