I was found not guilty from a slim chance he'd warned me of. He has that fire in his eyes and soul when in the court room. He gives his all and is up-front with the possible results of his work. I have been more then pleased by Mark Morris and the work he contributed to my case. He's also very affordable. I plan to use his service for other matters of custody in the near future. I am…read moreextremely happy to say that based on a recommendation to be presented by Robyn Hicks-Guinn at this law office, was by far the best decision I could have made. She set my mind at ease from beginning to end. Too often you hear the negative stories about attorneys not taking the time to give their clients' case attention and dedication. The results are often time, a less than favorable outcome for the client. Being assured that would not be the case with attorney Robyn Hicks-Guinn she far exceeded my expectations. She provided periodic updates by phone or by email with new information about case. She was available anytime to answer any questions or concerns that I had, handled court date continuances, and filed any required paperwork on my behalf. Her take charge attitude provided me comfort, knowing that she had my best interest at heart and that my case would be handled aggressively and professionally. I will not hesitate to contact her again and to recommend Mrs. Robyn Hicks-Guinn in the future.

I'm still dealing with visitation interference and he did a horrible job with the parenting plan. I absolutely would not recommend Mr. Kakassy to any parent who is dealing with co-parenting issues. We had a very positive experience working with Mehta & McConnell! I was in a serious car accident…read morein January that resulted in a total loss of my vehicle, as well as a few broken bones and whiplash injuries, and we were referred to M&M by a trusted friend. The firm is small, which means you actually get face time with your lawyer (in our case, Viral Mehta), which I have heard is rare these days, and it is located in SouthEnd. Our paralegal, Mia, also frequently updated us via text and phone calls throughout the process. While it did take longer than we had expected to receive the settlement (about 11 months total), everything worked out well in the end, and Mia and Viral were very communicative, supportive partners throughout the entire process. We were very pleased with our decision to work with this firm and highly recommend their services. Thank you, Mehta & McConnell team!
