She requested I call her and when I did she talked over and refused to allow me to answer the question she'd asked me. I asked that she stop interrupting me several times before she HUNG UP ON ME. She then told the judge, I was difficult to talk to and that I wanted to represent myself. My case was dismissed due to lack and poor legal representation. And to add insult to injury accordingly to the Dekalb Lawyers Association, she has a niche in Father's Rights which in my opinion is a complete conflict of interest and explains why she was so hostile to me for no apparent reason. This wasn't my first encounter with her, I took the same action back In 2018. She was rude then and told the Non custodial parents they could pay $1, the bare minimum and that would suffice. I was shocked and outraged that she'd state this in open court when she was representing Custodial parents fighting for financial support for their children. I'm not sure if she took her meds during both of my unpleasant experiences with her but she definitely has some mental health issues that she should definitely seek help for. Read her responses to other people's reviews. Not the response of a professional. Perhaps since she doesn't have children of her own, it makes her insensitive and Unempathetic to these kinds of matters. If you have a complaint against her or witnessed her unethical behavior, I'd implore you to make a formal complaint with State Bar of GA, The Consumer Assistance Program, GA DEPARTMENT OF LAW'S CONSUMER PROTECTION, and OFFICE OF THE NSW LEGAL SERVICES COMMISSIONER OF GA to avoid anyone else from having this kind of encounter with her. Her behavior and demeanor is rude, arrogant, and egregious.

STEER CLEAR of this company. It's poorly led and managed even worse. They have done my tax return…read more"preparation" for several years, if you can call it that. Just this year, after repeated outreach (on my part and literally no communication on their part save the text that Dan sent saying we'd need a new hourly based agreement) I learned that my 2023 taxes had not even been filed. For 2024, it turns out that Credo decided they would be out of the tax preparation business. The challenge was they never notified clients of this decision. We were left to learn it for ourselves and scramble to find credible and skilled assistance nearing the submission deadline. I was fortunate to find someone capable and competent to prepare my 2024 taxes and amend each of the last 4 years of Credo's work due to inaccuracy. The interesting part is, each year after my expensive, and now I know poorly prepared returns, I would receive countless communications to participate in tax avoidance measures like conservation easements and the like. We were assured these were legal and ethical, but Dan knew better. He profited directly from it. In the end several of them have now been challenged by the IRS, with most going to settlement. We as "partners" left holding the bag. This business is a sham. The accountants are inept and the leadership is corrupt. BUYER BEWARE. Next up is a formal complaint to the CPA standards board of GA.

IF ONLY I HAD FOUND CREDO YEARS AGO…read more As a business owner, there are a few things at the top of my list that could keep me up at night, knowing my business finances are intact are not one of those things thanks to the CredoCFO team. As a start-up founder, I did many of the things internally on my own for many years. It wasn't until I made the decision to bring in a fractional CFO that I realized how many gaps I had in my business model through our accounting practices, budgeting, P&L, and of course, risk management. Working with the Credo team has been a game changer for ebm as we grew a national footprint and scaled quickly. Not having to worry about the financial operations side of the business was a huge life off our shoulders. As our needs changed, they were there to pivot and adapt as needed. It's also important to say that their team truly gets excited about working with you (no boring green visors to deal with). I only wish I had started using them earlier on, would have saved a ton of time and aggravation. I highly recommend them and would be happy to speak with anyone about our experience with their team.
