I did not want to pay an additional $750 for another treatment until I saw rests on my face. The laser treatment provided absolutely no improvement of the sun spots. Dr. Kooken stated she would touch up the spots if I proceeded with the laser treatment on my neck and chest. Dr. Kooken asked me how my recovery went. I told her there was no recovery. I did not experience any redness, swelling, or discomfort as discussed at the appointment. Dr. Kooken said that is very unusual. I am thinking the laser was set too low to provide any benefits. I also spoke with Maria, the practice manager, requesting a refund. I was told, "the bottom line is we are not refunding you".

Then when I finally got to that point and said I felt very little was changed he said "oh this is the first I'm hearing about your complaints ! We can try again" to fix it and I'm like HELL NO thank you!!
