I saw them today for an urgent repair with less than 24 hours notice. I left the practice when they went out of network, but recently returned when they started accepting Delta Dental again. I learned my lesson. Dr McKenny is the best. He has created three implant crowns for my husband, and corrected issues the other dentist claimed were unfixable, using conservative approaches. I know that when he recommends something it's in my best interest - he's not trying to max out my insurance benefits for his own gain. As an example of his integrity, when he went out of network with our insurance, he honored the originally quoted price through to the end of my husband's treatment, even though it meant he wasn't being paid by insurance at all for the most expensive steps. A special shout-out to Anglea, who handles billing and reception. She has fought with our dental insurance, and is always willing to explain things in detail.

I am so appreciative of her efforts on my behalf as dry mouth contributes to my poor overall oral health. If you're looking for a dentist in the Mukilteo area I highly recommend Dr. Cline. I was referred to Frost by a family member and from the moment I walked in to my first appointment, I was welcomed into a non-judgmental, caring, and encouraging environment (starting with Sandy at the front desk). While I have no doubt that the entire staff is wonderful, I'm very thankful that I've had Chelsea as my hygienist from day one. She is excellent at what she does! From making me feel at ease on that initial visit to her outstanding care on subsequent visits, I couldn't be happier with the results of her work. She's been a game-changer for me. Ever since then when I called, they've told me I didn't owe anything & not to worry. First it was $492 then it became over $700. Today I got a letter that said that if I didn't pay it (it's back down to $492) within 10 days I'd get sent to a collection agency, with no explanation as to why I owe them. They don't even have the courtesy to call me & explain. I feel they are in the red & are scamming me for anything they can get. Don't do business with these people!

X-rays were super quick and painless! Normally the cardboard bites into areas of my mouth but not this time! Dr came in and did his check up, explained things for future visit and then the actual cleaning and buffing came..again quick professional and painless. They told me an old crown was problematic and should be replaced. I had NO problems with it up to…read morethis point but took their advice. From the moment he removed the old crown it was painful. Said it would be fine when the permanent crown was on, it wasn't! After a month or so of pain said I needed a root canal so had one done through the crown. Didn't help. After another month of pain back to the endodontist and he re-did the root canal. During which he said he saw a crack in the tooth. Now, after all of this time and trouble there's a crack! Now looking at extraction, implant, and a new crown that ins. won't pay for because they only pay for one per tooth and that was already done. I'm looking at $7000. out of pocket! What a nightmare!!
