Then he carefully reviews your X-Rays and any noted findings. He is nice and easy to talk to, so you can explain any issues or raise any concerns. I am older, I have two implants with a bridge and a couple loose teeth, that are on my "watch" list. He has repaired my "Bridge" when it broke down (it was another Dentists' work). And when I broke a tooth while I was on a Vacation flight just leaving SeaTac Airport, he took my call, gave me assurance and guidance. Then He "squeezed me in" and fixed it later that week when I returned. He is a great and caring Dentist. My Wife and college-aged kids use him too. Before the crowns were cemented, I was never asked whether I was happy with their appearance or whether I approved of the color and shape. Now, my natural teeth and the crowns are noticeably different in color, making my teeth look unnatural. On top of that, some of the crowns appear to be poorly fitted, and food constantly gets trapped around them. This is frustrating and raises concerns about the quality of the dental work I received. I have tried to get this issue resolved, but I feel that no one at WEDental is willing to take responsibility or offer a satisfactory solution. The current dentist says he is not responsible because he did not perform the original treatment. While I understand that he was not the dentist who placed the crowns, I have serious questions about what guarantees or accountability a dental practice provides when patients put their trust and money into expensive procedures that turn out poorly. What makes this even more frustrating is that the clinic continues to operate under the same name and at the same location, yet I have been left to deal with the consequences on my own. The current dentist has also not helped me establish contact with Dr. Worrell to address the problem. I feel completely let down as a patient. I always try to support women owned business, and I looked pretty hard to find a dentist when I moved. Dr. Furman is kinda the only reason why anyone should consider coming to this practice. The front desk ladies greet you when you walk in, but it always feels forced. They are quite catty - have been overheard being judgy about patients both in English and in Russian and they don't seem to care who hears it. I've seen them roll their eyes and take on quite dismissive tones when a patient ask questions, which makes me very careful about how (or whether) I approach them. The first hygienist was super abrasive both in words and in her use of force. The second hygienist felt like she barely did anything in what should have been a deep cleaning. It was just unpleasant enough that I didn't immediately leave the practice, but after a few visits I decided that I rather drive 45 minutes back to my old hygienist at Complete Dentistry. I probably would not recommend, but if you're from an eastern block country, they would probably be quite lovely to you.
