We had a morning massage followed by a thermal journey of 3 cycles of hot and cold. I could had a…read morefew more cycles but we would have spent the whole day there which is not a bad thing at all. The facilities are modern and clean. Good secure lockers. Nice showers with I want to say mahogany floorboard. Bring a swimsuit and waterproof sandals. Towels are nice and fluffy, as well as the bathrobe. My massage therapist was excellent, I was a content , relaxed rubber noodle by the end of my session. For my "hot" I enjoyed the eucalyptus steam sauna (taking deep relaxing inhales), and the hot tub waterfall (spent several minutes with the water falling in my head which was very vigorous, then just tilt you head forward for a wonderful shoulder therapy). For my "cold", the cold plunge shower was amazing only needed the 20sec blasts, and the cold plunge tub just pinch your nose and fully submerge for 15-20 seconds. After all of that I grabbed a sofa in the resting area and just decompressed to process the entire morning. I hope to come back here every time I visit Montreal in the future

I was a little disappointed in my experience here. I guess I was expecting more of a premium…read moreexperience given the prices, but it turned out I could have waited to get a massage at a different spa. I came in and was quickly greeted and asked to fill out some paperwork. She did explain the sequence of the Nordic spa to me, but I was only coming in for an hour appointment. It was a bit confusing where to place your shoes and what was expected, but I did find the locker rooms, which were clean and spacious. They recommend everyone shower before entering the experience. When inside, it was a very small area, however, the place seemed crowded for the space they had. There were places you could put your towels, multiple places for tea, energy juices, and cold water, which was appreciated. The cold plunge was beautiful, but the sauna could have used cleaning. The massage area was distinct as you walk in on the right, and they hold up a sign with your name on it to meet your therapist and enter the area. Overall, I did think she did a good job, but the price was pretty steep for what ended up being a pretty basic Swedish massage to massage some knots. I don't think I would return simply because there are many other options that are probably more luxurious in the area, but it was worth the try!

I had such a relaxing experience here! It was a nice way to spend a few hours unwinding, enjoying…read morethe different pools and hot tubs, and taking a break from my usual routine. I really liked the peaceful atmosphere and the opportunity to disconnect from my phone for a while. I'd recommend bringing flip flops, too, since walking around barefoot wasn't the most comfortable. You can purchase flip flops there but they are $30 for a basic pair of flip flops. I do wish phones were allowed in some places as I am someone who reads on my phone and would have liked to take some photos as well but didn't mind the phone free time. I did the circuit for 2hrs which I didn't find to be to expensive compared to similar places. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and would definitely consider coming back for another relaxing day!

The price for entry is fine, but they will absolutely nickle and dime you for every add on and…read moreextra, but that's sort of to be expected from an attraction like this. Theres a quiet boat and a talking boat and my group tried the hot tubs and pools in both. It's very relaxing and I'm glad we went but I do wish there was an area where taking photos was okay so I could have taken some photos with my friends for memories. All in all I'd go back but do NOT forget flip flops because I went without and it was very very painful walking around on all of the mats between ships and I didn't want to pay $30 for a pair of flip flops. The restaurant could use some more vegan friendly options, but they had a gluten free menu which was nice for our friend that was Celiac. The portions were very small though so I left still hungry.
