Ryan Hoffman took my call and walked me through the next steps even when every step felt impossible, confusing and exhausting. When we talked in person, he was so patient and kind. He saw the strengths and holes in my case and told me plainly, but he took a great deal of sensitivity, especially in making me relive difficult moments. He said he'd be happy to take the case but also happy to help me find someone who might have more expertise in this particular area, if that's what I'd prefer. He even gave me a few names and made some intros. I so appreciated that he was more invested in making this right than in making a "sale." Of course, just that level of caring showed me that I had to go with Hoffman DiMuzio. Ryan worked with me to determine both what I really wanted and what was reasonable. When I wanted to be tough, he came up with the toughest plan he thought might work. But when I became emotionally drained and just wanted out, he helped me to figure out that path with just as much concern and care. He'd never force you to do something that felt uncomfortable - at every turn, I felt true to myself. That's not something I'd expect to say about working with a law firm. Ultimately, the way we handled the situation, together, led to better outcomes in my life overall. Ryan helped me to stand my ground where I needed to and let go on the issues that were just taking up too much of my time and energy. He helped me to end in several weeks a process that could have taken me a year. The time I did NOT spend on my legal affairs became time devoted to my passions, and doors opened for me that I did not think possible. I credit that to Hoffman DiMuzio - I simply would not be where I am today without them. I'd be fighting a legal battle I didn't even want to win anymore. During Lynn Castillo time as my attorney I watch her firm mistakenly submit information to the courts contrary to what was provided by me to them. After showing up to mediation I received an email stating that she had not had all the information need for my case which leads me to question what was Lynn Castillo doing in preparation to the hearing that she was not aware of this missing information some of which I had already provide to her once again. I had to notify Lynn Castillo's firm via email about missing information that my wife failed to provide and in the end the situation and stress of dealing with a divorce and the uninvolved and lacking of attention to detail law firm was too much of bear and I independently conceded an divorce case because I didn't want to have to start over by hiring a new lawyer.

I received an email thanking me for their business and they were sorry that they could not be reached but they will reach out to me as soon as possible. They never contacted me, so I called again, and they had no record of me ever calling, did not have any of my information. So we went through the same process again. One month after a trial which I felt he did not do his 100%, nothing was done for my case despite of the deadlines I was facing. When I politely expressed my frustration, instead of apologizing and being empathetic, he rudely asked for my address (which he should have had) to drop my file to me. He said he provides exceptional services and is not McDonald's, he does not appreciate MY attitude. I pointed out McDonalds employee never treated me this way. Let me also add that he was constantly on his phone, during recess at court, when we were supposed to be working on the case. I swallowed it all, since I was so grateful for the flexibility in price, but it's totally not worth it. I wish I could attach screen shots of the text messages to this review, as this is how it all went down. I am not sure if he will leave this rating on this page, but please, I would NOT recommend Mr Connelly to anyone going through tough and stressful family situations.
