I got the $45 spring special which i thought was a good deal. 45 minutes of reiki and massage. Shes intuitive so she'll kinda go where your body needs work the most. Neither was addressed and pressure was light-medium at best. Arms and legs got a lot of attention but my arms and legs did not need attention. I almost asked if she was ok, then she came back to life and kept going. It was odd. Is that some energy healing modality? Products for sale were very scented, which I am sensitive to but massage used scent free products. Thank you. I'd try another service or different therapist with a specific therapeutic deep tissue or Thai massage focus. Maybe book more days in advance. The space is fantastic.

My husband booked a deep tissue massage for me for my birthday. We were just visiting so our friend…read morereferred this place to us. I regularly get deep tissue massages & was excited to get one for my birthday. The inside of this establishment looks much better than the outside. It is warm, welcoming, calming & clean just like a spa. They opened at 9am, my appt was scheduled for 9:15am. I was asked to choose my essential oil for my appt, then guided to sit in the waiting area. There are a set of mugs & the option to choose water or tea while I waited. Their restroom is beautiful & clean! Definitely gives spa vibes. My therapist walked into the building at 9:15am, which was inconvenient. She called me into my designated room, introduced herself by telling me her name then asked the standard questions (What is the goal of your appt today? What areas are we focusing on? Are there any areas to avoid? etc.) To be completely honest, She seemed a bit disengaged & I didn't really feel welcomed so I was a bit worried about how my session would go. Next, she stepped out the room to give me time to undress then came back a few minutes later. She started off very gentle in the beginning similar to a Swedish massage. After a few minutes passed she asked if the pressure was ok. Since I booked a deep tissue, I asked her to go deeper, she said ok but the pressure remained the same. I asked her again to go deeper, she said ok again and applied slightly more pressure. Again, I kindly told her to go even deeper. She said ok and more pressure was applied. I felt like I was bothering her/asking too much, so I didn't bother to ask her again to go deeper. I just wanted to get the service that I was paying for especially because it was my birthday so I was trying to have a relaxing day. After my session was finished, she stepped out & I was given time to get dressed. She met me outside of the door and gave me a cup of water. She then went over an after care plan that was basically suggestions to drink plenty of water & advice on how to loosen up my tight muscles by stretching. Overall it was a decent massage but I didn't appreciate the late arrival to my appt & the deep tissue experience.

It took us a month and a half to get an appt and she said she can only do one person at a time, so clearly she has no employees. She then texts us one hour before the appt and says she has an emergency. She asks us if we want to reschedule for 2 hours later than our original time (kind of weird if you just had an emergency but okay) then says, unless you want to do another day. Well considering we had to wait a month and a half we were going to take the next available time, 2 hours later. She texts us AGAIN to cancel right before the appt. I can't believe she had good reviews on Groupon. After looking on here and other places now I know. Beware!!! She's a scam! Edit: just noticed she told another negative reviewer this is "not her character" and she had a migraine. Actually, apparently it is because I've been reading other people say the same thing! I appreciate this business so much because not only are their prices affordable, the quality of massage and treatment you receive is superior. I have a lot of stress from work and VERY tight muscles. Most massage therapists go too light for me and don't work my knots all the way out. Not here! The massage therapists use deep pressure and know exactly what areas to target in order to bring the most relief. Some of the therapists will even walk on your back to begin the session. The atmosphere is so calming with dim lighting and the scent of essential oils in the air. Although the rooms are just separated with curtains, each area feels very private. I also appreciate that the therapists are quiet during the session. I am normally a chatty person, but during a massage I prefer to just relax completely. After each massage, I always feel so much relief. I stay loose and tension free for at least a few weeks post massage. All of the therapists are so kind and knowledgeable. If you're stressed and need an affordable, deep tissue massage, look no further!

They seriously know what they're doing here, they used so many techniques and deep pressure to give us what my boyfriend referred to as "the best massage of his entire life" - and he is very picky about massages. They also used hot stones which was wonderful. We purchased the couples massage via a Groupon and I honestly can't believe the quality for the price. No answer; my hubby thought they might be busy. When I arrived, the signage said under new management. When we walked in, the air smelled like old cigarettes. They were not busy. We requested full-body 1-hour massages. They required payment before we received services; I asked if we could tip at the end because I didn't understand tipping before you receive a service. We were walked to the back and told to be disrobbed. We were given a towel to cover our lower parts, but for half of my massage, my towel was missing, and I was lying there in my undergarments. Every time I look at my hubby, he has an entirely different experience. He had oil during his massage. His hot stones didn't burn his back. My massage therapist kept rubbing my butt a lot (I have massages on cruises, luxury spas, spas in Korea, and massage schools), and no one has ever spent that much time on my butt. Also, I felt like her hands were traveling somewhere that boarded the line of assault. I started crying once I was safely in the car -hysteria from the stress of what's supposed to be a relaxing experience.
