John has been my primary provider there and he is so extremely knowledgeable, is excellent at teaching about your medical problem, he is compassionate and his care has been excellent! When I have had Jenna, she also was fantastic! They are highly regarded and highly recommended by me as well as by my surgeon, for hand therapy.

Yes, hospital facilities in a heavily populated area get inundated. New facilities will come, no doubt. We need to solve the problems NOW! There was no chair in her room and the tv was not functional. They literally just kept her in bed in silence until I gave them a hard time about in in person.
