WOW! You can't beat that for confidence in his program or their customer service! So how could I refuse? The staff is always upbeat, the location is well-lit, airy and easy to get to. It's easy to make appointments and change them if necessary, and all the staff is very professional and accommodating. It has a friendly vibe to the place, despite all the masks due to covid, which is important to healing. My injured left hand is now actually stronger than my right hand (I'm right-handed) due to the strengthening exercises I did. So I'm a very happy customer!!! She helped me with my persistent tendonitis and figured out what even my doctor couldn't-that I also had an irritated nerve whose treatment was sort of counterintuitive to the treatment for tendonitis. But she was able to work around it and I feel much better now! She's got a great sense of humor and a superb manner with her patients. The front desk staff and the other therapists are always friendly and encouraging. Just a great, positive experience. HIGHLY recommended.

This place has "SHADY BILLING". Be very careful. Went in for a routine physical, Nurse practician…read more(Melissa) went over my blood results with me, as they would not refill my thyroid meds without a blood test and physical. So, they asked me the normal questions, DOB, NAME, ADDRESS, basically reassured what they had in their database. Then she went over my blood work, giving me details on the numbers and findings. I soon left afterwards. I get an invoice some weeks later for 45.00. I called my insurance company and asked if my yearly physical was covered, they said yes. As they dug deeper, they said it appears it was for a second visit. I said I didn't see them again only once. They said do you mind if I call them, which they did while I was on hold. They told them we spoke about my Thyroid. So, they charged me a second visit. I went to this appt for my physical and to discuss my blood work which one of the panels was for my thyroid. I called the office numerous times, asking for Melissa, said she was busy and would call me back between patients, never got called back, spoke to Billing they were as useless as a horn on an airplane. Round and round we go. I know it's only 45.00 but you times that by the hundreds of patients they see and that adds up $$$$$..BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE...

Let me start by saying, my Dr Kathryn has been wonderful and has tremendously helpful getting me pain-free. She cares so much about her patients and their health. She is one of the most amazing individuals which I have ever met. While going there I have the pleasure of meeting another one of their therapists Dr Brandon. Although, I was not his patient I have witnessed his wonderful dedication to his patients. He has treated me as if I was his patient and always with a friendly greeting when I arrived. I can't thank the team enough for making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived until this day when I said good-bye. I hope I don't have any future injuries that require me to go to pt, but one thing I know for sure there is no other place that I would consider going for treatment then Kinetics Physical Therapy of Collegeville! Dr. Ken is great with all age groups. He is working with my mom who could barely walk a month ago…read morewhen we went in for an evaluation. Following Ken's advice, she is now taking longer steps, walking at a faster pace and just feeling more confident. Dr. Ken challenges my mom without making it too difficult. She tells him when she doesn't want to do something because it is hard but we both see the progress each week. While being challenging, Dr. Ken is also compassionate.
