I recommend going early in the morning if you can because it can gets very busy. They charge 10 euros for 2.5 hour session +3 euros if you need to rent shoes. The front desk staff are very kind and helpful, and the cafe makes great coffee, snacks and energy bars.

Coffee was quite nice. Cons: too many people in the afternoon around 2-3pm and on. Raining prevented one nice outdoor activity so it was a bit unfortunate. Recommendation: be there early.
