I have a Covid baby, and I've stayed home with him since birth. He's been attached at the hip to me. This year he started Pre-k. He was so overwhelmed and emotional the first few weeks. His teacher was, and still is, absolutely amazing with him. He now looks forward to class, and is always talking about his teacher and friends. He even loves doing the homework every week. The grade school teachers, Ms Kim and Ms Katie, are amazing as well! Ms Kim has been the kindest, most patient teacher to my ADHD kiddo. I am so beyond thankful for her. The director, Ms Sheila, puts her whole heart into this school, and it truly shows. read more

Kinderbugs continues to exceed our expectations! From day one, the teachers have been incredibly caring, attentive, and truly dedicated to creating a loving and nurturing environment. My child feels happy, safe, and excited to go every single day -- which says everything as a parent. The communication is wonderful, and you can really tell how much heart they put into what they do. We are so grateful for Mrs. Sheila and the entire Kinderbugs team. Highly, highly recommend! read more

Kinderbugs Preparatory School - Gilbert - Valentine's Day. So fun - Elementary Schools Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

Kinderbugs has been an amazing school for our daughter and son's academic and personal development. This is our sons first year of preschool, he started at two years old we are so impressed by how much his speech has improved. He is always surprising us with his knowledge of colors, shapes, months, days of the week, and sounds of EVERY letter in the alphabet. Our daughter has really enjoyed her two years at Kinderbugs, at only four years old she is writing her first and last name, reading 'bob' books, doing math, counting to 100, counting by 10s. We are just beyond impressed with the organization and the compassions from the school and their staff. Their teachers are exceptional and we truly can't say enough great things about them! read more

We LOVE Kinderbugs! Both my sons attend and love going to school each day. The teachers are so kind and loving! We are excited to continue with Kinderbugs next year! read more

We have been very pleased with our daughter's progress since starting Kinderbugs. Ms.Gina, our class teacher, has been an invaluable asset to our daughter's education and development, despite it being her first year at Kinderbugs. All the teachers and management have been very kind, patient, and helpful when we have had questions or needed clarifications. Staff is always available via email, communication is prompt and efficient. Kinderbugs would be an excellent place to begin your child's educational journey. read more

Kinderbugs has been so amazing in helping my child learn. She knows all her phonograms, abcs numbers etc. in just a short amount of time. She has excelled so much that she is skipping a grade and going right to kinder prep. I would say the classes are very very pricey and they keep going up each school year which has been difficult for us to keep up with but it is a great investment. read more

We are extremely thankful to find such an incredible preschool for our son. He is excited about school and in just 3 short months he is tracing his numbers and learning to read! The future is bright for this school and for our kids! read more

Kinderbugs Preparatory School - Gilbert - He loves his homework! - Elementary Schools Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

My family and I recently moved from CA and we were looking for the perfect school for our boy. Our #1 priority was security and academy education. We are very happy that Kinderbugs offers what we were looking. We totally recommend this school. Taegen helped us answering all of our questions and recommended what was the best for our boy. Thank you. We appreciate it. read more

We researched a lot of schools before finding the right one for our little girl. We cared about academics, but we also wanted a school that 'cared' about the students and offered a personalized approach to learning. Kinderbugs offers both, high quality education as well as a humanistic approach to learning. We honestly found a place that we trust with our baby girl. The staff are supportive and helpful, the teachers are kind and caring. Kinderbugs is one of a kind where each child is respected and well-cared for. We absolutely love the school and highly recommend with no hesitation. read more

Perfect fit for our daughter, we had her in another preschool but felt like she wasn't participating because she wasn't being challenged as soon as we found kinderbugs I knew our daughter would be happy here! The organization and education is top notch. Love getting a monthly calendar of what they are learning at school and all the fun activities they do! The teacher, ms Gina is incredibly attentive and caring and I can see how much my daughter looks forward to going to school and learning! She is so happy to be there and I can't wait to see all of the things she accomplishes. read more

I am SO glad I found Kinderbugs when we did! Our youngest was 5 and needing to start K. We had toured other schools but none felt right to myself or my son. Then we found Kinderbugs. I scheduled a tour right away! Met with the owner and the K teacher just a couple of weeks before school starting up. My son instantly loved the little classroom and Ms Kim! She's the best!! Sheila was also great and very thorough when explaining every week. We signed up next day! I'm so glad we found them and are excited to hopefully send my son next year as well to their grade school! read more

Been sending our two kids for a year now. Much improved experience over their last preschool. The preparatory aspect is very evident; 4 year old can read and write and even gets small amounts of homework to start teaching responsibility. Re-enrolled both for next year! read more

Kinderbugs has been a great place for our 4 year old to learn, & ease into this new social environment called school. He enjoys going. The teachers and administrators have all been helpful & kind. read more

We love Kinderbugs! Every staff member is so nice and it feels like one big family! My daughter is 2 and thrives in structure so a prep school was perfect for her and the reason we chose Kinderbugs over other preschools that felt more like daycare. Something else that was very important to me was the smaller class sizes and teacher to student ratio. I highly recommend this school! read more

My son has been going here for a year and begs to go everyday! The teachers and curriculum is top notch. He has come so far academically and also socially since starting here. Highly recommend! read more

I will say I was originally really happy with this school and anticipated my child attending here until she went to kindergarten. That being said, I quickly learned in the 4 months we were there that this business is poorly run and I am very glad we decided to pull her. First and foremost, safety. Only a handful of staff in the building are CPR and First Aid certified. I learned that one of the assistant teachers in my child's classroom was not certified and occasionally he was left alone with the kids. This is of major concern considering one of their prizes in the treasure box is a major choking hazard (lollipops for 2 year olds). Kinderbugs has also had a recent violation of not having valid fingerprint clearance cards for all staff in the building. In addition, they have recent violations of over capacity. You can fact check these deficiencies at www.azcarecheck.com. Additionally, a student that we know came home with a major cut on his face and no staff member called his parent or could recollect what happened to him. Finances: Sheila, the owner of this business, has a major financial agenda and could care less about the happiness of the consumer. I have several examples of this. For one, they really pressure you to enroll for the next school year early (we had only been there 2 weeks when enrollment started). We were pressured to enroll in the 3's class (4 days a week and about $100 more than what we were currently paying). Quickly after we enrolled (with a nonrefundable enrollment deposit), we were told they wanted to keep our child in the 2's group but 4 days a week (we were currently doing 2 days a week, 4 days would be just shy of under $600 a month). This felt extremely suspicious that they were just wanting us to go with a class that provided the most revenue. When we decided to unenroll for the 2021 school year, Sheila refused to honor her very own financial contract in regard to unenrolling. Aside from our story, we know a family who paid up front for an entire school year and Sheila refused a refund to them when they closed for COVID, and their student could not return when they reopened because of a medical condition. She also required that people continued to pay their tuition through their COVID closure. And the least of my concerns, but still worth mentioning, is that this school is unreliable. They provided us with a Scholastic Book Club order form that would provide the school with money for books that were ordered. We decided to order and by the time 2 months rolled around without receiving anything, it turned out that Sheila never submitted the group order and did not communicate this information with families. If you've made it this far, I hope you can make an educated decision about sending your child to Kinderbugs. I will make sure that my friends and family members know about the issues with this school and do not send their children here. read more

We've been very happy with the services provided at this school. Communication is quick whenever there is a question on our end, and they've been very good with my kid. Also a nut-free school, which is great. read more

We love Kinderbugs so much! Our daughter started in the 3's class and is now in pre-k. We have seen such a huge improvement in not only her academics but her confidence! We love everything about Kinderbugs! Small class sizes and a curriculum that is interactive and appealing for little ones. We started with them when my son was 2 and he took to it like wildfire. This most amazing school! I have two kids that have been going to this school and they both are thriving and so smart! Not only is their curriculum amazing but everyone feels like family. I truly believe they love my kids (almost) as much as I do! read more

We have been very happy with our experience at Kinderbugs this past year. My four-year-old has learned so much in the five months or so that she's been in attendance. She is READING (and loves it), she is counting to over 100, is learning Spanish, but most of all she is happy! She absolutely loves going to school and spending time with her peers and her teacher. Kinderbugs is a bit pricey and definitely pricier than most of the other preschools in the area. I wish they offered a full day program for pre-K instead of just four days a week of 3 1/2 hours. The owner and stuff are very friendly and super responsive the handful of times that I've emailed with questions or concerns - and I have received thoughtful responses within hours at most. read more

We absolutely love Kinderbugs. Our daughter transferred here for 1st grade about a month ago and her growth already is phenomenal. She loves going to school because her teachers give one-on-one attention and challenge her at her individual level. This school needs to get it together. After calling 4 times over the course of two weeks I finally received a call back during week 3! We set up a tour for our 3 year old son to hopeful attend the school. When we entered I thought we would get a warm greeting, but instead we were greeted with a new stale hello and no acknowledgement to our son! She showed us two classes; "this is the 4 year old room, this is the 5 year old room. Any questions?" Uhhh yes my son is only 3, where would he be? "Oh in the 4 year old room" There was no let me tell you why we are wonderful. No, real try to even earn my business! With work ethic like this I could only imagine what type of teachings the children are receiving from there! read more

My oldest daughter started off at Kinderbugs in the 3 day a week program, and then went into the Pre-K program, and is currently in the Kindergarten program. My youngest daughter just started with the 2 year old's 2 day a week program. Needless to say, I am extremely happy with this school, everyone always talks about how smart my girls are. When my youngest started a month ago she was barely talking, and since her language has exploded. :) Very happy, love the teachers and staff and recommend to everyone. read more

When you have to choose a preparatory school for your child, look no further! My 2 kids have attended Kinderbugs for a total of 3 years and we still have 1 more great year left. The school is simply the best! It is a very family oriented atmosphere with such a loving vibe. The teachers truly care about the kids and they are so patient with them. In just 6 months, my son (4.5yrs) can read and do phonograms, he holds a pencil properly, he can count to 100, and he can count to 10 in spanish! Kinderbugs truly gets your kids prepared for the next level of school. My son LOVES Mrs Jenean and Mrs Carrie! Sheila the owner loves the kids and her staff! IF YOU READ A REVIEW BELOW FROM KELSEY J, PLEASE TAKE IT WITH A GRAIN OF SALT! NONE OF THAT IS TRUE! SHEILA IS NOT ALL ABOUT MONEY, SHE LOVES HER STAFF, SCHOOLS AND KIDS. Love this place! So glad our daughter enrolled our grand daughter here. Amazing staff and teachers! It's nice to see our little ones learn while having fun and yes, still learning traditions as I did when I was younger. Shout out to my grand daughters Teacher, Miss Janean. Thank you for making it fun to learn! The staff is also great! They are always friendly and ready to speak with you about any concerns etc. The classes are not so huge that children cannot receive individual attention . Looking forward to seeing what our grand daughter does going forward. She is so excited about going every day. Recommend this place with confidence. read more

My son has been at Kinderbugs since he was two years old. He is far beyond his peers in academics because of the love and effort of Kinderbugs. They taught my son to read when he was three! They do such a great job with Spaulding and Saxon math. I have no doubt that my little boy will succeed in elementary school. Kinderbugs is more than just academics though. They love my son and take such good care of him. I used to check the cameras regularly but I trust them wholeheartedly with my son. read more

We have been nothing but thrilled with Kinderbugs. It's has a great balance of academics and fun. Our 4yr old can write his first and last name and is making great strides in reading. Our 3yr old is well on his way to following suit. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating (one drop off and pick up) for kids in separate classes makes our lives much easier. Would highly recommend! read more

This school is horrid. They take your money and then tell you that your son is "not compatible" but aren't willing to offer any kind of refund - only a "credit" for further instruction. WHY WOULD I WANT A CREDIT FOR MY SON THAT YOU MADE CLEAR YOU DONT WANT AT YOUR SCHOOL? If I could give them zero stars, I would. read more
