The parent company didn't want to pay despite photos submitted by my contractor with the supplemental claims. State Farm asked a engineer to evaluate our damage. I notified Jeff and he came out to observe the engineer evaluation in person so he could understand my claim better. He also is redoing my auto claims so I can recoup losses there from that same storm. This was softball sized hail I'm referring to. Whenever I needed a strong voice and presence, Jeff stepped in to help. It was great customer service. Doug G.

Discouraged we were referred to Sturges bank in portage Michigan. Brent and Catherine sat down with us on multiple occasions and made our dream happen. The process was easy, smooth and faster than expected to close. They and Sturgis bank are amazing I we 100% suggest them. Thank you again as our business is a great success thanks to you all taking a chance and believing in us

Whats the point of having insurance and paying the additional roadside when you use it and they…read morecharge you $262 dollars more than the tow truck company would charge. Then when i Asked State Farm if they had an itemized receipt they couldn't get one from the roadside company they use since they third party it out. So unbeknownst to me, this company charged whatever they wanted and State Farm wasn't able to get an itemized bill from them due to an NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT!!! What. I called the tow truck directly and they sent me a quote of what it should have costed Verse what I was charged. I paid double!!!! on top of paying the monthly fee for roadside. State Farm and Agero ARE A SCANDALOUS JOKE!!!! Someone make it make sense please. I do not recommend State Farm and definitely don't recommend Agero They BOTH refuse to give itemized receipt. But when State Farm has to pay, they expect one. Save yourself the money and the hassle.

Great rates! The Kasasa checking account here appears to be…read morethe best deal in town. It's got a few hoops to jump though (high interest checking accounts always do), but it definitely looks like it offers the best benefits. Members who opt in to the Kasasa account can earn 4.25 percent on balances up to $25,000 (with 25 debit transactions per month, paperless statements, and direct deposits of $1,000+ per month), and can link a Kasasa savings account so that balances above $25,000 earn 1 percent. That's loads better than CDs these days. This particular Kalsee location is palatial (tons of private offices and a half dozen or so teller windows), with plenty of lot parking and several handicap spots right by the door.

Their customer service reps seemed short, as if they deal with this customer issue often? Disqualifying a customer over something they have no control over or influence on seems trite to me, short sited. I'm now looking at doing business elsewhere.
