Last year I had an opportunity to observe Marius as a Realtor for a house in my neighborhood. He did such a good job for them it convinced me to engage him as my Realtor. He reacted promptly to my phone calls and made an appointment to meet. He did a beautiful job presenting my house inside and out. Any potential problems and suggestions for solutions were promptly communicated. I appreciated him keeping in touch through the entire process and follow-up. I have already recommended Marius to friends and will continue to do so.

Overall, we've had a really good experience with Blake and he's left a strong impression through his dedication and perseverance. Highly recommend to everyone.

Before I get into my full review of Blake, I want to start off by simply saying why he is the best…read moreagent: Blake actually cares and gives a respectful opinion. Blake helped my brother and I buy our first house in Los Angeles, California. Before meeting Blake, we had gone through a few realtors who just couldn't find us winners and couldn't get us a solid loan. After many months of failed searches, a friend of ours had referred us to Blake, who had sold him and his partner their home. Blake showed up on time to every property he showed us. After viewing he would explain the merits and flaws in terms that we first time home buyers understood. It's daunting to buy a house and we really didn't know what we wanted exactly, so it was crucial to have someone like Blake give an educated opinion opposed to being indifferent or just trying to get the sale on a potential lemon. If we found a house we liked, he had a team of inspectors that he trusted to inspect it. We even had a property that we really liked that his inspectors found a big flaw with. Blake respectfully convinced us that this wasn't the one, but calmly assured us that we'll find an even better one. After a few more months, Blake showed us a duplex that seemed like an unlikely buy for my brother and I, because it was going to take some remodeling. But he knew the value in it. I'll never forget what Blake said, "Look guys, you're going to have to be a little scrappy with this one, which most people won't want to do, but after it's done, you won't regret it." And he was right! It ranks among the best decisions I've ever made. And thus is the greatness of Blake. After getting us a fantastic loan and walking us through every step of the sale, Blake hooked us up with his team of trusted contractors, and guided us through the remodeling process to get us living in our first home! My experience with Blake was so smooth that I've since gone back for a second round. He recently helped me buy a second house as a rental property out of state in Austin, Texas with the same care and guidance as the first property. Blake's a good person with a discerning eye. He will find you your home!

Cynthia was absolutely fantastic to work with, start to finish. She listened and learned what my preferences were in home features, location, and budget and helped guide me to options that I was able to review. She stayed on top of things even when I was abroad in London for 6 months and sent me some options and kept me in the loop. She even Facetimed with me to provide me virtual views of homes while I was away! When I decided to put the search on pause until I got back to the States, she completely understood and respected that and didn't pressure me at all. When I got back to the States and picked back up on house-hunting on fast-forward speeds, things got a little hairy on my end where I was getting frustrated with losing out on bids or finding homes with too many issues. I had to leave yet again to go abroad and had about a little less than 1.5 months to find a home before I left again. I definitely took out my frustrations on her and got testy and grumpy (and yelly and angry and batshit) with her, but she never once reacted equally. She was always the consummate professional and was sympathetic with my plight of being a nomad for so long. When I finally got a house, she made sure she was on top of all the details to expedite the process as much as she could. She followed up on all the paperwork and action items, and made sure it was arranged for my sister to have power of attorney to handle the final transaction. The house closed, my sister got the keys, and Cynthia was a sweetheart and left me flowers, a bottle of champagne, and a kind note congratulating me on getting the home after a long and arduous search. After this wonderful experience with Cynthia, I cannot say enough good things about her. She's sweet, honest, sympathetic, patient, hilarious, and down-to-earth. She did not provide good suggestions during negotiations with the buyers - instead pressuring me to accept the offer with mixed messages that the market was changing, that all the other Relators were seeing the same thing, and that leaving my house on the market for 7 days would be a problem. She did not provide independent advice about the offer or the market - just said I should accept it and that I should listen to her professional advice. She seemed annoyed when I asked for more information.
