The menu is not as extensive as other Mexican restaurants, but the food quality surpasses any Mexican restaurant I have ever been at, including in Mexico! Come here often? As…read morea matter of fact, we do! This is the restaurant closest to our house and we are lucky to have it! With plenty of parking and a lot of seating options, we are able to come in with a variety of group sizes and always have a great experience. The restaurant is bright and welcoming and the staff are friendly and efficient. The food is great. I always get the Tacos Flacos which are three street tacos with rice, beans, and pico. They're delicious and fairly priced. Always a treat to go to El Patron!

Went in to pick up two cheese tray- exact same order and ones that I've ordered many times. They were not the same Fromage Lover cheese trays I've had in the past. Seemed very light on cheese and they themselves even had different cheese on them as if they had run out. I would have appreciated some transparency if that was the case. Overall, I was very disappointed. I hope this was a bad day and they get themselves together. Having a spot like this on the coast is definitely needed, but with the same quality and expectations of the other stores.
