Finally! I got to try this place. It just opened recently around July of this year but I never had the chance to try it out; and now that I finally had the chance...it didn't disappoint! The place and ambience was modern and blended in with the other restaurants in the area. There weren't too many banchan offerings though but that wasn't a problem. The important thing is that as long as they have good kimchi, I'm good with that. The food was astounding! They're as authentic as you can get. One notable dish was their Beef Galbi Jjim. Out of all the Korean restaurants I've been to here in Cebu, this is the only one that has legit Beef Galbi Jjim. The other dishes I tried are worth mentioning as well; the pork from the Osam Bulgogi and Jeauk Bokkem was tasty, tender, and of good quality while the Duenjang Jjigae (soup) was flavorful and boiling hot (just what I like and what it should be). The Mandu (dumplings) was juicy and the ratio of meat was balanced well with the wrapper. The Jajangmyun was as expected. It wasn't the best I had but still satisfactory. To finish it all off, they gladly offered a complimentary Korean fish shaped ice cream sandwich called Samanco. Overall, I'd definitely come back again and also try their other dishes. read more
