The dress was too big, and when I went in to exchange it I was told all purchases are final. I explained the situation, and sales clerk said it must have been a mistake, no returns. They should have a sign, upon entering, all purchases are final, no returns. Although owner was called, while I was in store, she resolved the issue later, after I posted my experience on local social media.
