I can't remember, I think it was Eddie? I just remember he talked about how he got married in KC and he was the one that did my cleaning and everything for my first visit. I was shocked when I went to check out and they wanted to schedule 3 fillings but the hygienist could not articulate what that meant. I asked the lady at the desk if I could talk to the dentist as I did not understand about filling cavities as it was not clearly articulated while I was in the chair. I asked for her to call me. I never heard from the dentist. I found a new dentist and did not mention anything from this office and my new dentist said my teeth are perfect with no issues. Pinnacle Dental Group looks for every opportunity to make money, even with those who have great teeth. I would get a second opinion if anything concerns you on what they tell you needs to be done.

My dental hygienists there have always cleaned my teeth gently & thoroughly (though TAMMY is the BEST!). Dr Rob (Adair) explains procedures and the reasoning behind them clearly.
