I have had different insurance agents and I have never had a negative experience. They have all worked very hard on my behalf and have had friendly and professional demeanors. They offer zero accountability and focus more on winning an argument with their customers than servicing them. Steer clear of them unless you enjoy email battles with their sales manager who will tell you 99.9% of his customers are happy and then invites you to find insurance elsewhere. Mind blown. You'll find better customer service at Burger King.
