I wish I never encountered them. Also be careful about billing and who is sending you requests for payment as they seem to be unregulated, unreliable and hire untrained and untrustworthy people. Honestly, stay away from them. I really, really regret my experience and wish I could have all my family furniture back. I think they take advantage of busy/older people.

The owners of Potomac Concierge (PC) are patient in assessing your needs and making recommendations for the type of support you need. - There is no pressure to purchase platinum packages or shifty up sells. - Their focus is on how PC can support your needs and lessen your stress about home things as you go about life, especially your professional life, or even handle issues such as illness. The individuals who actually provide concierge services are well vetted and prepared to provide professional assistance to you with a personal and personable touch. - Your assigned concierge works with you consistently -- you get to know and relate to your concierge. - There's no shifting from person to person every encounter. - I believe that says a lot about their work environment and the concierges obviously are treated well by the owners. I used PC way beyond my initial gifted time because of the awesome support provided. Your assigned concierge becomes a trusted person to handle any aspect of home life that you simply may not have time to do -- or don't want to handle yourself. Examples: Have a Big Box home contractor doing work on your house and have other stuff to do? PC will be there to wait on the vendor, "manage" the project to your desires without disturbing you during the time, and ensure that things are done correctly the first time. Need a good landscaper but no time to search? PC has a list of recommended vendors who are excellent and reasonable. Need prescriptions picked up? PC has it. I wrote a list of things needed to guide my concierge and she handled things perfectly. For busy Washington area professionals, do yourself a great favor and free up time. Potomac Concierge is highly recommended!

It's supposed to be a guestroom, but it turned into the place where we dumped all of the stuff to make room for the new baby. Electronics, clothes that no longer fit, linens, every present bag from new baby well wishers... Not to mention your typical "Just put it on the third floor" stuff like luggage, the printer, way too many shoes... You get the idea. Laurie came over at 11:00. We caught up and I showed her around the house that she helped us so much with. By 2:00 she had filled up her car with items to donate and filled up my patio with trash to go out. Three hours and I had my third floor back!! It looked better than it did when Laurie helped us move in 3 years ago. All this while I took care if my daughter and ate lunch.
