Just want to give a big shout out to this amazing wellness center!!!…read more My journey started with them 7 yrs ago. I did Endomology & Zerona along with Paleo diet. The weight and cellulite continued to just drop off well after my secessions were over. I am now in their care again and I am doing endomology /Zerona/Brain Tap/Endo-facial along with/ carnivore diet. Going 3 days a week for 6weeks. I'm on day 8. I dropped a couple lbs just but am losing more in inches. The brain tap is a great way to de-stress and reset you mentally while the latter works on the lymphatic system which flushes out all the toxins, excess fluid and fat and can do some reshaping. The difference I'm experiencing just 8 days in is remarkable. It is an investment of time and $$ but so worth it! And, if you follow it to the letter you'd see great results! There are many more services to meet your individual needs, the staff is very kind, and they all want the best for you as an individual. Thank you Hannan Wellness Center!!

Nope. I never called to book an appointment. I would love if you guys called me to verify what…read morephone number booked this appointment - as I NEVER did... I wouldn't go to your practice if it were the last in Louisiana. I had one appointment with you guys dating June of 2024 & vowed to never visit y'all's location again Your receptionist ridiculed me & laughed at me throughout the entirety of the call, spoke down towards me & made condescending comments during the entire duration of the call. I also NEVER used discriminatory language, and that slander is intolerable. Your receptionist, Christiana, and her personable skills, should be dealt with as it is a horrible representation of whatever "professional" practice you're operating. You guys are terrible. Point blank

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Ochsner Health Center - Old Metairie…read more I experienced a seven-day lapse in medication because my refill was not sent to the pharmacy in time, despite multiple attempts to contact the office. During that time, I became very ill from abruptly stopping the medication and was left without clear communication or assistance. The most frustrating part was being unable to reach my actual physician directly regarding the issue. Instead of receiving answers or timely support, I was repeatedly redirected through other staff members while my medication continued to be delayed. Patients should not be left without necessary medication due to office communication failures or lack of provider coverage. I understand doctors take time off, but there should be a reliable continuity-of-care process in place so patients are not negatively impacted. I hope this office improves its communication, refill management, and patient care moving forward.

Dr. Terry and his team are simply the sweetest dental professionals I have ever met. They…read moreunderstand the psychology behind my aversion to dentistry and really do the most to make me comfortable from offering water to making sure I got a blankey. They're so patient with me! I was lowkey intimidated at first when I saw how fancy it is in there, but the environment is intentionally designed, and I find the fancy features really help me with the excessive guilt and shame feelings I have regarding my dental hygiene. Going to the dentist has been out of the question for me for most of my adult life, I always found a way to not make it to my appointments - even when I had insurance, my anxiety would bring me down and I would literally hate my life every time I have to go to the dentist, but Dr. Terry's team have really supported me with their kindness and professionalism. After three or so appointments and a year of knowing the team, I have a sense of feeling truly supported. Currently looking forward to a consultation for my wisdom teeth removal (after a 10 yr delay, oops). I really couldn't have taken these next steps toward my dental health without the loving kindness and support that Terry Dental Aesthetics provides at our appointments. Thank you, team! I don't usually do the review thing, but I want more people to know about this place!

(The only reason I did not continue seeing her was because her clinic's location and hours at that time were not convenient for me.) She is patient, understanding, professional, easy to talk to, very well informed, and best of all, thorough! She listened to all of my concerns and was happy to answer all of my questions (of which I had very many!) I'm so glad that Dr. Mathis has opened a clinic so close to where I live and work.
