She walked me over to the washers that would handle large loads. She was pleasant and helpful. To me the laundromat was clean however, later I saw a lady sweeping the floors and closing the washing machine doors. The two ladies I saw working were very nice. They took my money, never picked up the trash, and continue to harass me with phone calls and emails. This is theft -- they charged me but never rendered the service. The attached photo shows the trash still sitting there after they claimed it was collected. This company needs to be held accountable. If they show up on my property again, I will involve law enforcement. They are dishonest, predatory, and should not be trusted..
