In the end they stopped picking up trash, never returned calls and on top of that took a payment BEFORE it was due. We will no longer use this service and it is very sad that it had to come to this after the positive experience we had with them.

I looked back through the quote & all messages. There was no mention of a "Dump fee" They did a nice job, better than expected but over charged me. They cut the fee to $70 but it was still way over the projected amount. Find another vendor
