Alterations done on a formal dress. Needed it taken in a bit and hemmed. Parts were fine while…read moreother parts were terrible. The dress was taken in at the waist at least 2 inches more than how it was pinned. I could barely get it zipped and it was unwearable. I had to take it to another alterations shop to have it fixed (the new place was able to undo what Classic Alterations had done). The dress has lace and the bottom of the lace where it was hemmed is terrible. Uneven and in places it looks like someone just ripped it. To top it all off, this shop was very expensive. And then I had to pay even more to have the incorrect work done here, fixed. I ended up paying more for the 2 sets of alterations than I paid for the dress. Would not recommend this shop at all.

I brought my La Selva Natural comforter and pillow shams to the Cypress Terrace Tide Cleaners, and…read morethey were returned damaged. The comforter came back faded and wrinkled, and two of the shams had stitching pulled out. These items were in excellent condition when dropped off. I emailed Tide Cleaners twice with photos and details and received no response. I escalated the issue to Procter & Gamble corporate and even sent a final follow‑up to their executive consumer relations team. I still received no reply from anyone. I'm now filing a BBB complaint due to the lack of communication and the cost of replacing and repairing the damaged items. Very disappointed in the service and the complete lack of response from both Tide Cleaners and P&G.

We've been using Remy's for years. Sometimes I would use my local dry cleaner just to shorten a…read morepair of pants. I'm never doing that again! The quality of alterations from Remy's is far superior. And if you need jeans shortened, do not go anywhere else!!! They use a technique where they keep the original hem but fold up and surge the excess fabric from the inside. I know how to sew and it took me a few minutes to figure out how they managed to make the jeans look so good, very skillful. Dresses, pants, suits, jeans, they do it all. Please note, they are great tailors, not magicians. Plan ahead and make sure you take your items in at least one week minimum before you need it. I like to give them two. Support and respect local businesses!

But she did a good job and approach us to help us. The older dudes just stood around looking at their tablets or manning the cash register without even saying anything to us. When I asked one of them what he was busy doing, his reply was "helping MY TWO customers." I guess multitasking or helping EVERY customer feel welcomed and appreciated is not part of the mantra for everyone. I hope the staff that are TRYING to help people get the training, help, and support to continue to be successful rather than the staff that act entitled to their jobs. We also got great deals in the bargain rack, so thanks for having those lower prices.
