I have dabbled in different therapy over the years - individual, career, money, and couples over…read morethe past 10-12 years give or take. I think in all I've probably seen over 10+ across all these facets. While going through a divorce last year - I was struggling a lot, and talking to 2-3 therapists weekly. There were therapists that mostly listened. There were some that trash talked my ex, which in the short time felt good, but long term wasn't really helping. There were others that recommended good resources - various books, podcasts, etc. I do think I learned something from each one. In the end, I have only kept going with Josie for my therapist. She has truly changed my life - for the better. - She taught me how emotions aren't a bad thing, and they help you gauge how you feel about situations, and how to manage them. - She taught me how to be less harder on myself, and by practicing self love, that would result in me not accepting bad treatment from others in relationships. - She taught me how to forgive. - I learned how to stick up for myself, through baby steps. Through a letter or text. And over time I find myself getting better at it. - She taught me how to resolve anything that was looping in my head. Whether it was the past, or making a hard decision. - She helped me be a better mom - I used to find myself snapping after certain high stress situations, but can't even remember the last time that happened, and enjoy parenting more. - She helped me look at people and situations from different perspectives and angles that have helped me understand people better. She really cares about her clients. She's gone over our time even by as long as 30 minutes, because she really wanted me to get a certain concept down, or to get across something she thought would help me. She could easily charge 3-4x and she knows this, but purposely keeps her prices low so she is financially accessible. People ask me - how do you know if your therapist is a good one? For me - I look at a few things. - Do they make me feel better? - Do I feel my life is changing in a meaningful / good way? With that said, will she be the right fit? She has a free 1 hour consultation - which is very rare for therapists to give. I would say go ahead and give it a try. There is nothing to lose.

Working with Josie has been one of the most meaningful and transformative experiences of my life…read more From the very beginning, she created a space where I felt truly seen, heard, and understood without judgment, pressure, or pretense. What sets her apart is her rare ability to listen deeply and reflect back insights that feel both honest and empowering. She doesn't just give advice, she helps you uncover your own clarity and strength. Every session leaves me with a renewed sense of direction, confidence, and purpose. She's helped me navigate challenges I once felt stuck in, and guided me toward perspectives and actions that genuinely changed my life for the better. Her support is consistent, thoughtful, and tailored to who I am. If you're looking for someone who truly understands you, challenges you in the best ways, and helps you grow into the person you want to become, I cannot recommend her highly enough. This isn't just coaching, it's real, lasting transformation.

Back in July 2025, my son's mother and I met with Tisha to revisit and adjust our custody…read moreagreement. From the very beginning, Tisha created a space that felt safe, supportive, and productive. She was warm, understanding, and open about the process, which immediately put us both at ease. What stood out most was her ability to relate to our situation by sharing some of her own experiences, which made the challenges we faced feel understood and validated. At the same time, when it was necessary, Tisha knew how to be firm in a respectful way. She wasn't afraid to call out when either of us was holding on to things that didn't truly matter, which helped keep the conversation focused and productive. Throughout the process, she was fair, balanced, and clearly advocating for both sides with my son's best interests always at the center. By the end of our session, we had come to an agreement that worked for both of us, and for the first time in a long time, I felt a sense of relief and hope. Even after the session, when things didn't go exactly as planned, Tisha continued to show her dedication and care. When my son's mother changed her mind about following through, I called Tisha. She took the time to console me, talk through what had happened, and provide thoughtful next steps. That kind of follow-up and genuine concern showed me she truly cares about the families she works with.

There's a reason she doesn't have reviews--she's not legitimate. Last night I texted her if she has…read moreany openings and she told me there is one. She had a promo for new clients of $40 for any readings. I contacted her because I still needed clarity that the first two people I went to could not provide. She asked me to send her $40 through CashApp or Zelle and I obliged. I sent her the money and she told me she's finishing up with a client. I should've seen the red flag. She was responding to my text WHILE she was with a client? How's that possible? Anyway, she then texted me that she will call me in the next 15-25 minutes and thanked me for my patience. So I wait, 9:30 rolls in and she didn't call. I followed up with text, no response. Now it's getting closer to 9:45 pm, no response. I followed up again with a text, no response. Now it's 10 pm. I followed up again and no response. I texted again and no response. I told myself giver her another ten minutes although my gut was telling me "nah that's too late." and I was right. DO NOT ask for phone readings from her. Do not use CashApp or Zelle because your bank cannot dispute that. Any psychic worth their scent will have credit card payments on their website because if they can't deliver the services, you can stop that payment so they don't get it. I paid her money for services to which she failed to deliver. If there was an issue that should have been communicated with me. I texted her to give me a refund, it is now 10:30 am and there is still no response from her. I doubt she'll refund my money. For someone who claims they're there to help, not communicating is a big as* red flag. DO NOT use her services. Her name on her CashApp is different from "Anne's"-- why are your names different? Sh*** that's another red flag I ignored. She took advantage of my confusion about my situation, took my money and ran. If she has a rebuttal, I'd like to hear it so I can counter and provide proof of my claims--which are true. Look at the time stamps on the photos. You have been warned.
