very disappointed with this service. I will not be going back. first they charge me 80$ for this basic almond set.. claiming length and cuticle clean up.. and then when on to charging my card 96$ after they showed a receipt of 80$ that was handed to me. God is watching and know that what they are doing is wrong! not only was it bad service but I let them know that I hadn't done my nails in months and they went back and forth with my nails and another clients. Im suppose to get the full experience not wait 30 minutes in between to finish my set. DONT GO HERE! read more

I have been there three times. The last time was the worst. I asked for a spa pedicure and sparkly PINK nails. What I got (after $180 including tip), were my hands dipped in pink and white powder, then so many layers of RED gel polish, that my fingers look like they had bubbles on them, and glob of silver polish with a magnetic heart that is horrendous. They did my hands at the same time as my feet, so I couldn't enjoy the chair. I'm trying to get an appointment with someone new to get them drilled off. All I wanted were my natural nails painted. read more

The staff was kind, however I will not be back due to their price gouging. $80 for a full set with French tips because they claimed they were "very long length" even though I would have considered them a normal length. $55 for gel powder. Another $105 for two CHILDRENS pedicures for my two daughters. My daughter's pedicure also chipped the very first day, and she wasn't even playing outside or anything. I will not be back. I am a regular customer at nail tech across the way and the quality of work at nail tech is 10x better and also for a lower price. read more

The nail technician was caring and attentive. The prices are reasonable for the area. The place was clean and well decorated.

My 2 daughters & I waited a long time after appt to get started. The man who did my nails did an amazing job on my French tip, really took his time. So long in fact, we were there for 3 hours! We all got our nails done and all looked great, however it was $300! And then they wanted a tip too?! WAY TO EXPENSIVE!!! I would give zero stars if able to. The lady that did my feet. The old lady, 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend. Her massage is terrible. She is rude, she cuts your feet. She does not listen at all. Went there today to get a mani/pedi. Water was screaming hot for pedicure. She moved my chair after I arranged it to be comfortable. Whe. It came ti.e for manicure she didn't even take off all dead cuticles. Menu shows mani/pedi priced @ $40.00 and was charged $60.00. Do not recommend this place!! read more

It was $70 for the worst set of nails I have ever gotten! She did not wait for each coat to dry, so they are weirdly bubbly with many air pockets! She didn't even paint all of the nail so it looks like I have had the nails for about 2 weeks!! She didn't even put cuticle oil on my nails! I had asked for an almond nail... they are not almond, they are oval!! Absolutely atrocious!! Worst nails ever! I could have done them better myself! Not to mention the price!!! I would give this place a zero if I could! Very disappointed and angry! Was visiting from out-of-state and a friend recommended this place. Went for a shellac rebase, paint toenails and a nail polish for granddaughter. Had an appointment and still sat there for almost a half hour after appointment time. Kept taking people that walked in instead of me (there's a reason you make an appointment). Wanted coffin shape nails and they were not and 3 days later they broke. Granddaughter (5yrs old) got her nails painted and they put her under dryer way too long and wasn't checking on her and her hand got burned under their lights! I was getting my nails done at opposite end of her. I had to yell to her a couple times to come to me so I could check her nails and they said another 5 minutes. They are responsible for watching their clients but they were too busy to be interested in my granddaughter! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! TERRIBLE! Way too expensive! STAY AWAY! Had a bad experience today. Didn't do a good job. Didn't clean under my fake nails. Had a French manIcure. Wasent dry so got smeared so had to file a couple of nails. Girl said cost $25. Wasent to friendly except making me wait a long time. My appt was at 12:00 and had to wait a long time . So appts don't help. Girl took over another woman's pedicure toward the end which guy was doing. I had guy then I didn't like that they changed clients. He charged me $45. I was mad cause I just had a fill. Don't use clean stall between customers Or tools. Other people that was there before them did a good job and even gave a hand rub with lotion. I won't be going back. Got ripped off! Spoiled my day! My daughter and I went for mani/pedis. We had an appointment and got right in. Everyone was very friendly and informative. Our nails turned out wonderful! One of the better mani/pedis I have gotten for awhile. I would have given a 5 star but the price we paid didn't quite match up to the price list. read more

The experience I had today at Salinas nails was miserable! They were rude when I had asked for something different to be done with my nails, like it was a huge inconvenience for them. They turned people away that walked through the door giving them over an hour wait time when there were only two people in the shop. My best advice seem another nail salon!!
