She could not be nicer! Very professional, knowledgeable and has a wonderful way of putting you at ease. Glad to have her as my OBGYN.

Thought she was good but was sorely mistaken. Appointment was at 930 on a weekday. We both had to take the morning off from work. We arrived at around 915 and there was just 1 couple ahead of us. Paperwork was done by around 930. The doctor didn't see us till around 1045 for around 5 mins only. She told us she would be back and left us at the examination room for around 30-45 mins. I had to step out to see what the hold up was and why we were still waiting. At that point one of the nurses or CNA transferred us to a different room and Dr. Wong saw us and had a surprise look on her face. The look that you can tell she wasn't expecring us to be still there waiting for her. She came by another 15 mins later and asked us if we had any questions. Well, she told us to wait for her, and we were expecring to give us more info and what the next steps were. Her staff does not have a single bit of customer service at all and the receptionist (the fat lady) treated us like we were an inconvenience for asking questions for the schedule for the ultrasound and for asking about setting up another appointment for the next visit. Thank God we found another doctor who is the total opposite of Dr. Wong. The first office visit to her clinic is the first and the last she will hear from me or my wife ever, It was the worst doctor visit I have had ever in my entire life. I will never recommend Dr. Wong to anyone!

Switched doctors at 30 weeks pregnant because of what an awful experience I had with this practice…read moreand I am so glad I did. During my time with this practice, I experienced: - Three billing errors on their end that required lots of time on the phone with insurance and their billing dept. to correct - They lost all of the images from my 20-week ultrasound so I had to go back for another set of images which they tried to bill me for out of pocket and I did not get the anatomy scan results until 28-weeks pregnant - A 45-minute wait (at least!) every time I went in The final straw for me was at my 28-week appointment where Dr. Schaefer was extremely dismissive of my questions regarding the 3rd trimester and birth planning. She told me if I had questions about induction and c-section, I better take a birthing class. She couldn't even be bothered to look in my chart and see my age, so she gave me incorrect information on what my final appointments would be like! I left the office in tears and never looked back. Moms to be you deserve better!

I had great nursing care but this group of doctors are horrible and incompetent. Before giving birth they failed to tell me my child was not growing & was severely underweight. I questioned why I couldn't feel my baby kick. they failed to tell me I had an anterior placenta..... I could go on and on. For gynecological care all they care about is money. if you have frequent UTIs and know your symptoms they won't call in an order for urine, they make you suffer until you can get an appointment. They are horrible in so many ways. I definitely don't recommend!!!

I was told by the other practice that I basically have to live with it. My sister-in-law recommended this practice & I picked Dr Tart from the website. I could not be happier ! Immediately I felt heard & understood. She put me on HRT & I have my life back. Is she quick with her appointments? Yes but I never feel rushed I just feel she is efficient. She is always on time & listens to everything I say. I have recommended her to many of my same age friends to help them with menopause. I never have a problem talking to anyone there. She has her own nurse you takes the messages & she gets things done ! For example my husband lost his job & we were going to have to change to an insurance plan that this office didn't take. I panicked b/c I love them & I have all my HRT through them. The nurse got me in to see Dr Tart even though I know there was no openings & they refilled my prescriptions for the year. The minute my husband got a new job we had better insurance so right back to this office. Highly recommend Dr Tart !!

Dr. Oh took the time to review my images and then sat down with me to go over her thoughts, answer my questions, and talk about how she recommended we move forward. I was so impressed and put at ease by this interaction. I finally felt like someone was giving it to me straight and like I had a voice into my care. Following this appointment, I transitioned to this being my primary OBGYNE provider. When we started trying to conceive at the end of 2018 and had difficulty, Dr. Oh again was so gracious, patient, and sympathetic. She helped us navigate some preliminary testing to check if anything was amiss as we continued to try. When we finally, thankfully were able to conceive on our own, Dr. Oh came in to the room for our first appointment and celebrated with us. We could sense her genuine excitement for us after trying for almost a year. I have experienced these doctors in some challenging medical situations. Not only my ovarian cyst, and trying to conceive, but also a subchorionic hematoma, difficult delivery, and now progesterone shots for my second pregnancy. Dr. Heiberger commanded the room with a firm but calm demeanor when I was delivering my first son and had complications. The nurses have gone to battle for me in this pregnancy with the specialty pharmacy to make sure I get my weekly progesterone shots delivered on time. I can't say enough good things about this place. This practice has been an excellent place for me and my growing family.

I submitted my transfer of care paperwork to this practice when I was almost 25 weeks pregnant. The…read morereceptionist told me it would take 7 to 10 days for the doctor to review my transfer of care paperwork and either approve me or not. I called at the seven (business) day mark and the receptionist told me that it was not reviewed yet and a call back after the 10 day mark. I gave it a few more days because she said they would call me and schedule an appointment after 10 days and I never received a phone call. The next day that I was in the area was at the 14 (business) day mark and I still not had received a phone call. I went up to the office to inquire about my transfer and they printed my paperwork right then and had it reviewed while I was sitting in the office. Therefore they had not reviewed my transfer of care in the time that they had it almost 3 weeks prior and 14 business days. I called several times providing them an opportunity of a reminder to review the records. I was waiting in the office for about 30 minutes, After about 15, I over hear one of the nurses say, with my records in hand, "I will take this to the doctor to look it over". I do not have any complications with my pregnancy and no serious medical issues. They have a complete record of all my OB/GYN visits at my prior practice. After only about 15 more minutes, she comes back and says, "We cannot accept you, the doctor wants you to stay with your current OB.". So, they denied me saying that they did not have time to do an initial exam with me. I thought that was the reason I needed to send in my records? The nurse stated that they are pretty far booked because they are very busy. However, while I was waiting in the lobby, I heard women scheduling appointments that they had available in June. I'm not really sure why the doctor just couldn't review my records in the time they had allotted and then continue my care as if I am a reoccurring patient and just except my transfer. I can almost guarantee that it is because I am a TRICARE insurance holder and they probably won't make much money off of me . I tried to explain to the lady that I live far away and need to have an OB/GYN that delivers at the hospital so that I can be induced. The point of this review is to say, that they had all of my paperwork for 3 weeks and reviewed it all in a 10 minute span, and then denied me without even talking to me. Maybe if they knew or even cared to know my situation they would reconsider. However there seems to be zero cares GIven. If I had not went up to the office, I would not have gotten a phone call back and I Would not know if I had been excepted or not. I would not be able to transfer my care to another OBGYN who delivers at lake forest because I would be too far along. This might be a nice office, but that doesn't mean the people who work here are.
