Eliana was absolutely the sweetest, and the whole team was just as warm and inviting. During our initial appointment, she patiently walked us through different ring styles and diamond cuts, never making us feel rushed or belittled. Her email communication throughout the entire process was prompt and thoughtful. Their displays are stunning, and Eliana even took the time to walk my friend and me through some of their gorgeous pieces. What really stood out was how easy they were to work with, especially when I decided I wanted to change my original stone choice after doing more research. I was honestly nervous to bring it up, but Eliana and Aaron handled it with such grace and genuinely just wanted us to be happy. My ring turned out beautifully, and I'm so in love with it. So grateful for the Geoffrey's team. We'll definitely be back, and we couldn't recommend them more!

After about 10 mins, we settled on a details and I opted to skip out on the chain until the pendant was completed. When it came time to pickup, TQ helped me decide on some chains that would compliment the pendant and I absolutely fell in love with it. We opted for the cuban link vs the rope chain. The piece is absolutely beautiful and my family was in awe of its beauty. I wanted to thank both Billy and TQ for making this a memorable and seamless experience. The gentleman that was running the store earlier this afternoon was nice to help me pick out this beautiful lavender jade bangle. It's quite tough to put on by myself so he had to literally put some lotion and shove the bangle on. Haha! It was no problem at all tho. Glad he helped me! :) He told me never to take it off because it's healing properties and it helps the body. He told me he wore his for many years and never took it off wow! I'm shocked that jewelry can last that long born Filipino and raised in America people would think that sounds ridiculous. But I don't at all. Everything about jade is absolutely beautiful! And when I said card, he said oh you don't have cash? No Sorry I don't feel safe carrying a lot of cash on me. So I like to make purchases with my card. But my question is why am I being asked so many times about how I'm going to pay when I haven't even made a decision on what I wanted. I felt very uncomfortable and rushed. We appreciated the help we received from Elena and Darya who were kind and pleasant to work with. However, our interaction with Fanya was off putting and left us feeling uncomfortable. During our visit, she spoke very confidently about the history of mining diamonds in a way that did not align with well-documented historical information we are privy to. The conversation felt dismissive of a serious subject and it made it difficult for us to feel confident moving forward with such an important purchase. When choosing a jeweler for something as meaningful as an engagement ring, trust and transparency matter a lot. While we respect that others may have different experiences, this interaction ultimately led us to continue our search elsewhere. Especially after noticing many of their negative reviews revolved around the owners daughter, this was concerning to us. We wish the business the best, but wanted to share our honest experience for others who are doing the same research we were.
