The nail that needed to be fixed was put superglue and then with all builder job, you basically take all of that off anyway so nothing new was added but the superglue and I was charged five dollars for that was fine but then itself I really just wanted a different color pink which that party nailed but I was charged like an additional $10 for design which I don't even like that's a design an additional five dollars for the nails being almond shaped which they were already previously almond shaped and I just feel like my nails weren't done properly like even on the thumb you can kind of see the ripples and I feel like my cuticles are a little flooded. I definitely will not be back for this set for a refill on builder. It came out to $81 and I kind of feel like that's a little bit much. The place was decent and they do have a large selection of colors but the chairs are old and decor has a lot of neon lights so not really my style I did think it was nice that they had the mani and pedi station separated but I didn't try that due to not needing yet.

Plenty of parking that is for sure…read more They have a spacious salon with plenty equipment to tend for a whole lot of customers however their cardinal mistake is that they are absolutely and undeniably understaffed. I come in and there was a 2 hour wait for a gel manicure.... with plenty of empty chairs and nobody waiting besides me and another lady, they should make sure they have enough workers. Specially on a Saturday afternoon. I am very disappointed because i looked them up and saw that this spot has a lot of great reviews, i was looking forward to it that is for sure. sadly the failure to accommodate sent me packing and i will probably never come back here. the nice thing was that the person who greeted me and told me that they had no availability, gave me a little gift bag and a 10% discount card for my next visit for the trouble of coming here and not being able to be seen, that gesture means the word because it shows that they do care for the customer and i am pretty sure that they would never be turning ppl away if they could do something else. ultimately for me though even with this amazing gesture i will not come back here, i am a busy gal and i love to be able to get to a place that can keep up with how busy life is now a days, in the digital era we can do much more stuff in much less time, and being able to multi task and figure out ways to move with the pace is important for all of us. as i said, i did appreciate their gesture and if you have the patience and the time, go take a look and check them out as i saw pretty amazing reviews. and whenever you go some time let me know how it went.

They steered me in the right direction! I was a bit leary of the 5 STAR review at first. It's very rare that a place with such amazing reviews actually lives up to it's high rating! I called in the morning and was delighted to be able to get an appointment for this afternoon! I went in for a regular pedi and a gel french tip mani with a design. Not only was she very skilled and talented with her work, she was also very friendly and a pleasure to be around. I can happily say that I have finally found my new nail place! Thanks Trisha for the beautiful job! I can't wait to show off the cute design that you did! I'll definitely be back!
