We made contact with them through their…read morewebsite and I was contacted immediately by Nicole who I would have the pleasure of speaking to many times after, for better or worse. The cons: Definite breakdown in communication between the employees and also with their suppliers. We ended up having to reschedule numerous times over the course of several weeks due to failed communication and issues with orders not arriving on time. The pros: Nicole was the star of the show. Due to the miscommunications on several occasions, I had to contact Nicole several times to follow up or reschedule. Nicole was responsive and professional regardless of whether she was in the office or not (happened a few times). She was their saving grace, to be honest. I would normally not have stuck around after the third reschedule. The installers were all extremely kind and professional and did their jobs very well. All in all, we understand that businesses are having to make adjustments due to closures that may impact business. The Truth is that many of the issues that came up in coordinating the installs could have been avoided with better communication. We will probably not go through Triple Crown again but I definitely want to give the employees their due for the services as and when they were provided.
