My husband and I had Tom Brautigan as our realtor, and let me just say that we will certainly choose him again if we are on the market for another house! He is very detail-oriented and honest; he did not sugarcoat the houses we saw and made sure to tell us what to expect with the age and conditions of the homes. We started looking for a home around October 2018 (give or take a month or two) and Tom was with us from the very beginning--ALL the way to closing in late March 2019! Tom was INCREDIBLY patient with us as we had such a difficult time figuring out what we wanted, and Tom made sure to appeal to what we both wanted in a house.
