So please beware that you will be told things are you fault and everything when you mention them. I think home warranty's should be extended to two years not just one. Don't even know where to begin..... More than 6 homes in the small community of Friars Creek have had window leaks. They make it seem like there was NO reason for the leaks, but they will fix them anyways. Repairs them and no storms come like the heavy heavy rains that make them leak so not even able to make sure the job was complete, but yet told there was been rain so therefor since it didn't leak then they were fixed. While we trusted Omega to inspect the property we didn't raise the blinds all the way up to Fully Inspect the window. We raised them to inspect for leaks and found some of the Window casing on the inside of the three windows in my living room have pieces from each one. And was just told that " we took them off " so this is not their problem. The Yard floods and the say that is just how it is.... All of the back doors that back up on the green belt are installed incorrectly... All the hinges are exposed on the outside of the house, HOW SAFE IS THAT.... our metal gate latch is installed backwards. House has settled in just two years and driveway is cracking, the fascia boards are separating at least a 1/4 of an inch in places. The stone mortar is Cracking and falling out in places.... There is just too many things wrong with this home. We bought here because we thought our last brand new home by DR HORTON was bad..... HAHA Omega is way worse.
