When choosing the material for they spent as much time with us as we needed and helped us design the valances that went with them as well. They provided good advise on what would work and what wouldn't while keeping in line with our taste. They came to the house and did all the measurements required for the drapes and blinds and when they were ready installed them. Everything fit perfectly. The job they did with our couch and love seat was better than when they were new. They also do bed spreads and pillows. They made pillows to go with our drapes and they are amazing. The seams on the pillows lined up perfectly. When we need a new bedspread we will have Thanh do it for us and will use them for any of our other needs in the future. They exceeded our expectations and we recommend them to all of our family and friends.

I thought I would check out The Happy Cooker since I was looking for a new apple cutter. This…read morestore has a lot of stuff! There were some beautiful sushi sets. They seem to carry nice high end cook ware, pans, pots, knifes, all of which I know nothing about. They had some very cool kitchen accessories, pretty much everything you could imagine! They had some of the nicest measuring cups, I was very tempted! The prices all seemed reasonable for the quality of the items, they had cheaper options too. There was a corner that was dedicated to baking, all kinds of whisks, even sprinkles and confetti. I did find my apple cutter, they had 3 different ones, from $8 to 12. I think Happy Cooker is a great place to pick up a gift for any foodie friends you might have! I loved the selection they offered! If I ever become a better cook and need some better quality gear, this is definitely a place I will check out! If you are in need of anything kitchen related, I would be surprised if you didn't find it here!

It's a kitchen store overflowing with flatware, serveware, barware, dinnerware, and the list goes on and on. They've got a bit of everything when it comes to entertaining. You need a kitchen tool like a citrus zester? Check. You need some holiday napkin holders? Check. You need a brand new gourmet pot set? Check. The prices at Stokes are insanely reasonable and if you're just not in the mood to overspend on kitchen swag, they're definitely worth checking out.

I once came to this store last summer and was not really impressed with the vacant sales service,…read morebut today was a totally different story. The two workers in the store were very friendly and amenable to the questions I had about their clothing. Henry is the casual brother of the more formal Henry Singer in the city. This is a huge space with interesting decor details, like a huge fist behind the till with Henry tattooed on its knuckles. Prices are higher end here; you are paying for Boss, Full Circle, Armani, Diesel, to name a few so you can find a t-shirt here for 69 dollars or one for $200. This is just a men's clothing store, at one time it did have women's clothing upstairs but they discontinued this option around 3 months ago. The clothing is quite nice, elegant, upper-class urban wear, rich in colors and details, there is also an exclusive Adidas line of runners sold here. Service, product and prices are high calibre my only queasiness is with a new Xmas decoration of porcelain gnomes in the window display. Sooooo Creepy.

These soaps and creams will leave your skin smelling fresher than ever and smooth like a baby! My…read moremassage therapist even commented on the improvement in my skin condition after only one use. Their packaging sizes are much smaller than the volume found at conventional grocery stores, but a little goes a surprisingly long way. There's a program for returning their used/empty/cleaned containers, which is a bonus. Scents can be overwhelming but mellows out after cleansing. I like that they also have a perfume range for anyone wanting to preserve the scent, as a lot of them are actually quite nice. The store can get busy at times but staff is friendly and good at making sure everyone is taken care of. Most of the products have a tester to find your perfect smell and texture, which is essential for these kinds of things. Love the washing stations set-up with tap/sink, paper towels, tub of water, and garbage can to clean your hands after trying stuff. It's a small shop that gets crowded easily and can be hard to find specific products as shelf space is at a premium, compared to their Chinook branch. Wish they could expand and get a bigger-area store! They are very expensive though, so it would be nice if there was a loyalty or points program for customers to get discounts when buying a lot. As an aside, the website is not very intuitive and a bit 'loud'. It can be hard to figure out where to navigate for specific categories and to tell what's being communicated through some of the bizarre wording, like 'kitchen subscriptions'. The spa treatments don't seem to be available in this city, but sounds like an innovative idea.
